With the rapid spread of mass fitness in China,a large number of excellent fitness bikini athletes have emerged,but the training content before the event is rarely studied by scholars.Rui-fen sun as high levels of fitness bikini athletes in China,on behalf of the Chinese in the international competition won best bodybuilder,none has transcendence,therefore this thesis on the domestic outstanding athlete fitness bikini rui-fen sun to participate in the 2016 world championship before the training,the content including the pre-match training stages division,the strength training methods means,strength training and aerobic training load intensity and tableaux before training,psychological training before the game,diet and before the body circumference,body composition analysis,and combining with the characteristics of Chinese women’s fitness bikini contest,analyze the pre-match training and diet experience,Summarize the strengths and weaknesses of Sun Ruifen’s training in order to provide suggestions for the further improvement and development of China’s performance in international competitions.In this paper,through case study method,literature method,video analysis method,interview method,comparative analysis method,mathematical analysis method,measurement method and other research methods,the pre-competition training of Sun Ruifen in 2016 World Championship is studied and the following conclusions are drawn:1.Sun Ruifen’s pre-competition training for the 2016 World Championships is divided into pre-competition strengthening period,pre-competition consolidation period and pre-competition adjustment period.In each stage,the target state is determined according to the diagnosis of the current situation,and the appropriate training mode and content is formulated.2.Sun Ruifen’s strength training in preparation for the competition follows Wade’s training rule.The medium intensity load is used in the strengthening period,and the medium and small intensity load is used in the consolidation and adjustment period,and the muscle detail training means in line with his own training level is added,and the single joint movement training is the main one.Include aerobic training with intervals for four weeks before the race.3.Sun Ruifen’s stage modeling training before the competition mainly adopts the method of decomposition training,simulation training and mental training.During the adjustment period before the competition,he adopts the stage modeling training of simulated competition.Psychological adjustment training throughout the preparation period;The proportion of carbohydrate,protein and fat intake was slightly different in each stage,and a low-calorie diet intake strategy was adopted in the pre-competition adjustment period.4.Sun Ruifen’s body circumference and body composition are slightly different in each period before the competition,showing the feature that the closer to the competition day,the lower the subcutaneous fat.
