Down's syndrome is the most common group of mental disorders caused by genetic factors.Their physical development is obviously slow and their physical quality is poor. Therefore, the physical quality of teens with Down syndrome needs to be resolved.Because of the pathological characteristics of Down's syndrome, the patient's face is special, behavioral disorder, low intelligence, slow response, poor strength, and poor joint flexibility.Due to the above reasons, the patients with Down syndrome who are originally lack of exercise are more backward in physical fitness and body composition. At present, the treatment methods for patients with Down syndrome in China mainly through rehabilitation training,so that they have a certain degree of improvement, generally need to go to rehabilitation institutions or the Disabled Persons' Federation for behavior correction and training, early education intervention training. In this paper, using literature method, experimental method, case study method, experimental measurement method, interview method, mathematical statistics method and other research methods, two teens with Down syndrome as experimental subjects, using badminton training as an intervention means, for 2 Tang Teens with a syndrome study conducted a 12-week experimental study.Three times a week, the experiment was conducted on two subjects before and after the experiment: standing long jump,1minute sit-up,50-meter running, badminton throwing,one-legged standing, badminton throwing and 1-minute skipping, and body composition statistics.Comparative analysis, combined with the characteristics of badminton, the case study of the teens with Down syndrome, the results show that:1.After 12 weeks of training, the body data before and after the experiment can be compared and analyzed. It can be found that badminton training has an impact on the physical quality of two teens with Down syndrome, mainly reflected in the quality of strength.2.Through data analysis,it was found that after 12 weeks of training, two teens with Down syndrome had good training in badminton training.3.Through the data obtained from the experiment,it can be seen that after 12 weeks of badminton training for teens with Down syndrome, the speed of 50 meters running has been significantly improved,so the badminton training has a positive impact on the speed quality of two teens with Down syndrome..4.After one minute of skipping data, you can get 12 weeks of badminton training intervention, because Down's syndrome itself has poor coordination and less coordination of quality, which leads to badminton training not enough impact on skipping,so the impact on coordination is not obvious.5.One-leg support is an important indicator to test the balance ability of special teens.Through the 12-week experiment results,we can understand that two teens with Down syndrome have no obvious change in balance ability through badminton training.6.Subjects after 12 weeks of badminton training,a comparative analysis of body composition test data can be found that badminton promotion promotes the muscle development of two Down syndrome teens, improves the balance of upper and lower limbs, especially the improvement of upper limb balance. It is very obvious that it can be understood that badminton plays a good role in maintaining and improving the body composition of two teens with Down syndrome.
