With the transformation of the medical model and the deepening of the health system reform,public demand for medical health services has also risen.Both medical social work and hospital volunteer service are important part in the modern medical and health system,playing an important role in the construction of harmonious doctor-patient relationship.It is inevitable trend in the future development of medical career to effectively integrate medical social work and volunteering resources then resulted in the quality of medical service quality.In recent years,hospitals in Shenzhen,Shanghai achieved good results through the implementation of medical social work and volunteer service interactive development.Many areas such as Jiangsu,Hunan,and Shanxi followed and began to carry out the linkage development of medical social work and volunteer service,exploring suitable region linkage model in practice.The author adopts literature analysis and participative observation to study the construction of medical social work and volunteer service linkage models in hospital S.This paper uses social capital theory to analyze the problems in the practical operation through the description for part instance of implementation medical social work and volunteer service in hospital S.The existed problems are as follows: structural dimensions are not fully formed;the cognitive dimension is not enough;the relational dimension is fragile.Based on that theory and combined success experience of advanced area,the essay proposed medical social work and volunteer service linkage development mode of hospital S.That is to say,at first,grasp the opportunity of medical and health system reform,play the role of Shanxi Province hospital volunteer service and medical social work professional committee to maximum extent,mobilize other universities,social organizations and other forces to participate in the construction of the cooperation platform of medical social work and hospital volunteer service,which increases the frequency of their interaction,and promote the establishment of structural dimension and the cognitive dimension.Secondly,join the multi-assess before and after the service,constantly sum up the problems in practice,and puts forward some countermeasures.Finally both sides move towards relational dimensions direction,realizing resource sharing.
