Investigation And Analysis Of College Students' Social Anxiety

People with social anxiety symptoms will be deeply fearful or worried in any social public places.It is a mental illness.People with social anxiety will have a strong and long-lasting fear in social situations,especially when they face a group of strangers or under the observation of others.They fear that they will show embarrassment and humiliation because of their nervousness.In psychology this is a social anxiety disorder.According to domestic research,modern college students have different degrees of social anxiety.Even severely symptomatic patients may be unable to withstand this fear,isolate themselves,and cause themselves into deeper anxiety and fear,and may also cause physical discomfort such as dizziness.Such as vomiting,insomnia,numbness of hands and feet,and so on,so the study of college students'social anxiety is imminent.According to current scholars',research,there is a significant correlation between general self-efficacy and interpersonal communication between college students and social anxiety.Based on this,this article uses Tianjin University students' general self-efficacy through literature,questionnaires,and empirical analysis.Investigate the situation of interpersonal communication and social anxiety,find out the influence factors of college students'social anxiety and analyze the characteristics of college students with different degrees of social anxiety,and then put forward specific suggestions for improvement,and add new ideas for the study of mental health in China.According to a survey of 635 university students from colleges and universities in Tianjin,83.6%of college students have social anxiety.Among them,17%of students are high social anxiety Through descriptive statistical analysis,factor analysis,binomial logistic regression analysis and cluster analysis,it can be found that social anxiety of college students is significantly related to whether they are only children,family location,and monthly living expenses;the basic influencing factors are whether they are only children,where the family is.It also includes the ability of public factors exchange,communication and communication in college student'interpersonal communication;In addition,a cluster analysis of college students'social anxiety through three scales is conducted to obtain socially difficult people,socially difficult people and socially relaxed people,and they have targeted improvement suggestions.At last,according to the research conclusions,feasible suggestions are proposed from the perspectives of society,colleges,families,and students.The purpose is to improve college students' social anxiety and provide some references for the study of social anxiety in China.
