According to the People's Daily,May 2017 report,in 2016 China's mobile phone market listed 1,446 new models,560 million shipments, has become a veritable "mobile phone power".According to a report released by the China Institute of Information and Communications,in 2016,China's abandoned mobile phone inventory has reached 1 billion units, but the recycling rate is only 2%.According to China's national conditions, there are roughly six reasons that restrict the recycling of discarded mobile phones.(1)low recycling price;(2)worrying about personal privacy leaking;(3)weak consumer awareness of environmental protection;(4)small workshop-style renovation;(5)high cost of extraction technology required;(6)market mechanism for mobile phone recycling Not sound. This article summarizes domestic literature on the study of recycling behaviors of e-waste and abandoned mobile phones.Based on the theory of improved plan behavior theory,it investigates and studies the influencing factors of Tianjin's consumers'intention to recycle mobile phones, and proposes behavioral attitudes, subj ective norms, and environmental protection.Nine factors, including knowledge, laws, regulations, and behavioral norms, affect consumers' intention to recall mobile phones, and use tlhese nine dimensions to design questionnaires to conduct questionnaire surveys on consumers in Tianjin, and to analyze and describe the results of the survey.Statistical analysis.Secondly, the software AMOS21.0 was used to establish the structural equation model of mobile phone recycling behavior intention, and the model was tested and corrected according to the goodness of fit.The optimal structural equation model was obtained. The total effect of each influencing factor on the recovery intention is calculated according to the model fitting results, and the total effect is expressed by direct effect and indirect effect. Finally, based on this model, using the multi-group analysis in AMOS,four groups of the population's demographic variables gender, age, education level, and monthly income were used to do multiple group analysis to explore the differences and groups among groups.Group preference.Through research and analysis, the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Economic costs and expectations, environmental awareness, perceived behavior control, recycling channels, recycling attitudes, laws and regulations, and information publicity and recycling habits have a significant impact on the behavior of recycling. The impact strength is weakened by this, including economic costs and expectations, and the reverse effect of laws and regulations and negative intentions of information propaganda, while subjective norms have no significant effect on behavioral intentions.(2)Gender,age,education level, and monthly income all showed differences between groups.Based on this conclusion,it is recommended that the society and the government strengthen the promotion of environmental knowledge, improve the laws and regulations for mobile phone recycling, and expand the recycling channels to encourage consumers to voluntarily and actively collect mobile phones.
