The publication of the Standards for Physical Education and Health in General High Schools proposes a new concept of the core literacy of physical education: the core literacy of physical education is the comprehensive knowledge,skills,methods and emotions,attitudes and values formed by students in the process of physical education,including the three dimensions of athletic ability,healthy behavior and sports morality.This is a brand new curriculum goal,which enables teachers to have a more accurate grasp of core literacy-oriented physical education standards and physical education,thus affecting teaching behavior and making it more directional.Cognition is the orientation of behavior.Facing the reform of physical education and health curriculum and the core literacy of physical education disciplines in the new era,what should be the adjustment and optimization of physical education teachers' teaching behavior as the core way to achieve their goals,whether it is to help the frontline physical education teachers speed up new The transformation of teaching concepts into teaching behaviors,or the improvement of the quality of physical education,and the realization of the three-dimensional goal of physical education have profound theoretical and practical significance.Therefore,under the guidance of the core literacy-oriented education goal of the discipline,what should be the adjustment and optimization of the physical education teacher's teaching behavior as the core way to achieve the goal,whether it is to help the frontline physical education teachers accelerate the transformation of the new teaching concept to the teaching behavior,or it is of profound theoretical and practical significance to improve the quality of physical education and realize the three-dimensional goal of physical education.Based on the research and synthesis of domestic and foreign research literatures in related fields,this research takes the status quo of physical education teachers in pre-class design,class implementation and teaching reflection behavior as the foothold,combined with existing related research,using quantitative analysis and The research method combined with qualitative analysis analyzes the teaching behavior of physical education teachers who are oriented towards the core literacy ofthe current discipline.A questionnaire survey was conducted on 100 high school physical education teachers' understanding and attitudes on the core literacy of physical education,pre-teaching instructional design,classroom implementation behavior and post-school teaching reflection behavior.The results are as follows:1.The survey results show that more than half of the physical education teachers have a certain understanding of the core literacy of the discipline,and that it is necessary to implement the core literacy of the discipline,but there are also many physical education teachers(60%)who are skeptical about the reform of the physical education curriculum;This study makes a comparative analysis of the need for teachers of different academic qualifications to understand the core literacy of physical education disciplines.It is found that teachers with different academic qualifications have significant differences in the cognitive level and implementation necessity of the core literacy of the discipline.The higher academic the teacher is,the more understanding the core literacy of the subject,and the more important the need for the implementation of the core literacy of the discipline.2.In the setting of teaching objectives,the number of teachers who can achieve the three-dimensional goal is 76.84%,and the degree of emphasis is from sports to morality,health behavior,and athletic ability.In the selection of teaching content,more than half of the physical education teachers Students are mainly interested,22.11% of physical education teachers will be led by core literacy,56.84% of teachers choose teaching conditions,and 35.79% of teachers will focus on teaching materials.namely student interest,core literacy requirements,and teaching conditions are sports are the main reference for teachers to choose teaching content.3.A survey of PE teachers' after-school reflection behaviors reveals that there is a disconnection between the teaching behaviors of physical education teachers and the core literacy of physical education disciplines.Although most teachers have the consciousness of teaching reflection,the actual implementation is not very satisfactory.4.Interviewing the factors affecting the optimization of teachers' teaching behavior under the background of core literacy,the results show that the optimization of teachers' teaching behavior is influenced by many factors,including external factors and internal factors.The external factors are the policy environment from superstructure to economic foundation,whichrestricts the transformation of physical education teachers' teaching behaviors;internal factors include: the lack of innovative ability of teachers' learning ability and the intrinsic motivation of physical education teachers' personal achievement expectation and change.5.According to the survey and interview results,this study puts forward the following suggestions for optimizing the teaching behavior of physical education teachers:(1)learning from the advanced,perfecting the self(2)bold innovation,courage to try(3)imitating advanced,critical innovation(4)goal leading,targeted(5)Diversified evaluation.
