In recent years,along with the education reform in our country,the scale and quality of education is to improve gradually,in 2014 the Ministry of Education to develop the printing on comprehensively deepening the curriculum reform's opinions on implementing khalid ents basic task,introduction to cultivate the students' "core literacy" for the purpose of the education policy,interdisciplinary subject core literacy cultivation system should be made,by cultivating the students' core accomplishment,to improve students' ability in the key essentials and quality targets.As an important part of cultivating students' moral,intellectual,physical and aesthetic development,physical education bears an important educational mission.The core accomplishment of physical education discipline is to guide students to master physical exercise methods by means of physical activity and adopt flexible and diverse forms,so as to truly feel the unique charm of sports,so as to achieve the awareness and purpose of lifelong sports.The cultivation of the core quality of physical education is carried out from three aspects: sports ability,health behavior and sports character.This article USES the literature material law,investigation method,observation method,experimental method,mathematical statistics and other research methods,through careful combing the domestic and foreign about the core qualities,sports core literacy,sports discipline core quality of papers and books,to enrich the theory as the foundation,the high school sports curriculum standard as the main reference basis,on the basis of high school physical education curriculum standard rules to develop sports discipline core literacy questionnaire,to investigate the results for reference,develop core literacy to promote high school sports class.In this paper,the experimental method is used to apply the program to the teaching,the students' exercise ability before and after the experiment is tested,the students' health behavior and sports character performance in class are recorded by the observation chart,and finally the data of the whole paper is analyzed and sorted out.The research conclusions are as follows:(1)ln the high school affiliated to hebei normal university,students' understanding of the core quality of physical education is not clear and complete.In the actual physical educationteaching process,the cultivation of physical education quality only shows partial or individual cultivation,and the overall cultivation status of students' core quality is still not optimistic.The purpose of students' physical exercise is not clear,and most of them do not know the effect.They pay less attention to large-scale games,and their participation in sports,sports habits,self-management survey,communication and cooperation ability survey,and attitude towards the results of the games need to be improved.(2)The training program of sports core accomplishment designed in this study is divided into three training dimensions: athletic ability,healthy behavior and sports character.For the training of athletic ability,five indicators are selected: physical ability,sports cognition and the application of skills and tactics,and sports display and competition.Health behavior mainly selects 4 indicators,such as physical exercise consciousness and habit,health knowledge mastery and application,emotion regulation and environmental adaptation,to develop a healthy behavior training program.The sports moral character mainly aims at the student good sportsmanship,the sports moral,the sports character three indexes carries on the training.(3)The implementation of the experimental scheme around the core accomplishment of three dimensions,a total of 25 is designed in the experiment of concrete implementation of three-level indicators,in the advancement of design scheme has been clear about the design and implementation of the principles,objectives,contents and evaluation methods,a specific training sports discipline core line teachers improve the reference.(4)By 18 weeks after verification experiment--basketball teaching experiment examination,according to the results of the student sports discipline core literacy sports ability,sports,health,behavior and moral character of three dimension has no degree of improvement and improve,reflect the assessment results of sports ability,in the shot clock and full-court dribbling two experimental class is superior to that in comparative classes(P value is less than 0.05);In the dimension of healthy behavior,there are four three-level indicators,such as homework completion,facial expression,bad behavior,and skilled practice,which have been greatly improved.In the dimension of sports moral character,after learning,often in practice,when the competition gap is large,still tenacious to fight,abide by the rules,respect for the opponent,in the face of the game failure attitude,when the gameteam cooperation and other 6 indicators relatively improved quickly.
