Improving teenagers' physical literacy and developing a healthy lifestyle is one of the important contents of the development of Chinese students' core literacy,and also an important part of the core goal of curriculum reform in ordinary colleges and universities under the background of implementing the fundamental task of "establishing morality and cultivating talents" and promoting students' all-round development in the new era.P.E curriculum design and teaching is an important way to improve college students' physical literacy and form a healthy lifestyle.However,the overall effect of P.E curriculum teaching practice in colleges and universities in China is poor,which is mainly manifested as too scattered curriculum objectives,poor cohesion,insufficient elaboration,lack of logical thread in the selection of curriculum content,separation of primary and secondary,not systematic,deviation in the design of teaching methods,inefficient organization and implementation,and insufficient value generation.In the course evaluation feedback,the macro evaluation is too extensive,the medium evaluation is merely formal,the micro evaluation pays attention to the result but ignores the process,and the evaluation has value bias.The core accomplishment of P.E is the sports ability,healthy behavior,sports morality and values that learners can judge and solve all kinds of problems in P.E scientifically on the basis of mastering the necessary basic knowledge and skills of P.E,and finally point to higher order thinking of P.E.The research on the design of college P.E curriculum based on the core quality of P.E is helpful to focus the goal of P.E curriculum,enrich the content of P.E curriculum,clarify the organization and implementation path of P.E curriculum,and improve the evaluation mechanism of P.E curriculum,which has important practical significance to promote the reform and development of college P.E curriculum in the new era.In this paper,literature method,expert interview method,logical analysis method,case analysis method,and the selection of systematic teaching design theory,human action development theory,discipline basic structure theory,social culture theory,curriculum design model theory and learning theory are used to conduct a more in-depth study of college P.E curriculum design from the perspective of discipline core literacy.First comb the historical evolution process of our country sports discipline core literacy and connotation elements system,combined with the feature of contemporary college students' physical and mental development and physical culture core literacy elements of college sports curriculum academic quality standards for building,based on combing the university sports curriculum present situation and combining the expert interview results and analyzes its forming reasons,Then choose from sports curriculum goal,curriculum content,curriculum implementation,curriculum evaluation feedback and so on four aspects discusses college sports curriculum design based on sports discipline core literacy theory and practice.The main research achievements of this paper include the following five aspects:1.College P.E curriculum design from the perspective of discipline core literacy is a practical and operational curriculum implementation plan with the fundamental characteristics of individual experience,skill acquisition,teamwork and meaning construction of students.The function of P.E core literacy in bridging the gap between what should be and what should be has four aspects:First,it is helpful to anchor the target pattern of multiple integration in the reform of P.E curriculum;second,it is helpful to enrich and perfect a few typical key points in the construction of P.E curriculum content;third,it is helpful to clarify the process path and adjustment method of the organization and implementation of P.E curriculum content;fourth,it is helpful to improve and play the feedback mechanism and precise adjustment function of P.E curriculum evaluation.2.Discusses the goal system construction method of college sports curriculum based on core literacy.Stratified and progressive is the basic method to construct the objective system of college P.E curriculum from the perspective of discipline core literacy.This paper classifies and interprets the essence of core literacy elements of P.E,and holds that its core objectives are sports acquisition,behavior cultivation and value internalization.The basic requirements of stratified transformation are to form the sports subject concept in line with students' sports cognitive development,to perfect the thinking mode of students' sports structured ability,to fit the practical needs of social development of inquiry skills,and to highlight the value system of students' essential character development.After stratified transformation,the PE curriculum objective system includes three aspects:the inheritance of PE subject knowledge,the practice of sports cognitive methods and the development of sports affection.3.Analyzes the methods and strategies of selecting college P.E curriculum content from the perspective of sports discipline core literacy.The practice of typical minority motor skills based on P.E cognition is the key to the selection of curriculum content to achieve the core quality of P.E.The content includes three aspects of sports subject knowledge,sports cognitive methods and sports affection.Course content choice should stick to the consistency of content and target,breadth and depth of balance,resources and time utility,the principle of interaction of teacher and student.The selection of specific curriculum content has two types,one is based on the layer by layer of P.E knowledge analysis,the other is based on the typical few refining of sports skills practice.The content selection from the perspective of core literacy of P.E should be based on the actual situation of teaching objects,and select a few representative knowledge and skills with strong interpretation from physical fitness,skills,tactics,logical thinking and curriculum culture as the core content,so as to construct a content system that can cover sports cognitive situation,sports practice situation and life application situation.4.Discusses the methods and paths of organizing and implementing college P.E curriculum from the perspective of sports discipline core literacy.The organization and implementation of college P.E courses based on discipline core literacy should focus on students' deep learning of P.E.Curriculum organization should be systematically designed from the perspectives of the physical and mental development characteristics of contemporary college students,the development law of cognitive ability,the formation law of motor skills and its transference,the inherent logic of curriculum content and the diversity of teaching environment.Curriculum implementation methods include the creation of curriculum context based on cultural and value identification,the teaching of basic motor skills based on starting point skill judgment and sports behavior identification,the self-identification based on the transition from marginal participation to important role and the practice of technical and tactical application.5.Analyzes the evaluation and feedback of college P.E curriculum from the perspective of sports discipline core literacy.The evaluation of college P.E curriculum should focus on the"precise adjustment" of "generation and development of college students' core accomplishment of P.E".The evaluation subjects include educational administrators,curriculum experts,teachers and students.The evaluation content includes whether the system guarantee and environment construction supporting the cultivation of P.E core literacy are sound,whether the curriculum objectives and content system are reasonable,and whether the teaching methods and implementation strategies are appropriate.Evaluation method according to different dimensions,including the horizontal dimension of internal conditions,sports practice design,external environment condition evaluation,etc.,the longitudinal dimension of teaching implementation,and evaluation of learning effect,cultivation of sports behavior.The final standard of evaluation is to judge the athletic ability,healthy behavior and sports morality of the learning subject through the acquisition of athletic skills,the formation of sports behavior habits and the generation of sports values.
