Through the research on the biomechanical movement of the three-body posture of xingyiquan in the Chinese martial arts section system,the purpose of this study is to standardize the three-body posture movement,try to establish the technical standard of the three-body posture,promote the standardization construction of traditional martial arts,and provide theoretical basis and technical support for scientific fitness.Research methods:Vicon infrared 3d motion analysis system,Noraxon myoelectric system,AMTI dynamometer system and Basler high-speed camera are adopted for data synchronization acquisition,and internal synchronization connection mode is adopted.Four high level xingyiquan practitioners were selected to perform biomechanical analysis on the movements of the three body potentials of xingyiquan in the martial arts section system from the beginning to the end to explore its technical rules.Research conclusion:(1)The power generation sequence of the lower limbs in the whole triposome movement is the simultaneous power generation of the left and right legs,and the power generation of the rectus femoris and biceps femoris is earlier than that of the tibia anterior muscle and gastrocnalis muscle;When kneeling and squatting,the left and right rectus femoris muscles support the body balance,and the biceps femoris muscles coordinate with rectus femoris to generate force.At this time,electric signals appear in the left and right tibial anterior muscles.When the left leg steps up,the right rectus muscle supports the body,and the right gastrocnemius signal changes slightly.After entering the three-body stabilization stage,the muscle contribution rate of the right lower limb was greater than that of the left lower limb,and the muscle contribution rate of the left and right rectus femoris and biceps femoris was greater than that of the left and right tibia anterior muscle and gastrocnella muscle.(2)In the parallel boxing stage,the left and right legs were stressed simultaneously,and the force of the rectus femoris and biceps femoris was earlier than that of the tibia anterior muscle and gastrocnalis muscle.The greater the Angle of knee joint change,the greater the displacement of knee joint in the direction of Y axis and center of gravity in the direction of Z axis.Around the knee joint Angle 135 ° conforms to quiet squat exercises of knee joint function restore and strengthen the Angle of reasonable.(3)In the right drill stage of squatting step,the force on the right leg was slightly greater than that on the left leg,and the left and right tibial anterior muscles were significantly stronger than those in the early stage;At the end of the action,as the torso turns to the left,the center of gravity shifts in the direction of Y axis and Z axis.At this time,the Angle of the left knee joint remains unchanged,while the Angle of the right knee joint increases slightly.Turn on the left side of the twist at the trunk,left arm and torso remain relatively static,but at the end of the action,the left elbow Angle decreases to 98 °,and your right elbow joint Angle after instantly reduce increased to 124 °.The more stable the body,the better the stability of the knee joint,the greater the change range of the elbow joint,the greater the torsion Angle of the ulna and radius,the more conducive to power generation."Strength and feet,master and waist,shape in four."
