Education method of teaching based on students' differential diagnosis is a research field emerging in recent years,and improving teachers' education awareness and methods based on students' differential diagnosis is the core proposition."research on education method of promoting junior middle school students' academic development" is the Education research project of Shanghai education society.Based on the practical study of the "three-way" education method,this paper gave a differentiated diagnosis to 65 students in the three classes in the first grade,and understood their differences and needs in the form of questionnaires and interviews.On this basis,it tailors students to make personalized plans and offers help to students in terms of homework with sincere actions.Based on “differential diagnosis”can obtain what are students differences.The students in the school come from all over the country,and their family background and structure are different.The information reflected in learning foundation,learning motivation,learning interest and confidence varies greatly.The structure of students,the expectation of teaching,the situation control of classroom teaching and the learning environment created by teachers have also changed obviously.According to the survey data,because the student's homework quantity is many,the work quality is difficult to guarantee.Parents of "left-behind" children generally have a low level of education and are busy with their livelihood.They are less likely to provide any guidance to their children.In view of the results of this consultation,personalized operations were developed to ensure the consistency between education goals and personalized customization,and the sincere action was implemented according to the customized personalized operation plan.Through the interconnection and repetition of these three links,we can achieve the unity of education and education teaching.After recent years of practice and exploration of mathematics homework,initial results have been achieved.In the research,it is also understood that for the "three-way" education method,the core issue is that teachers should grasp and permeate education concept based on differential diagnosis in practice,strengthen professional learning,find problems,reflect on problems,and seek solutions,and further promote the effective implementation of education concept in education teaching.
