Game and education is a kind of life phenomenon that have been existing since ancient times,everyone has access to digital life as information age comes,many ways of life as well as forms of games and education have been greatly changed.On the one hand,electronic games quickly conform to the development of times by covering nearly all advantages of information technology,inheriting audio and visual elements of traditional games as well as higher participation and feedback;On the other hand,education also develops in the orientation of informatization proactively.Children is the focus of education and leisure research,therefore,Children's educational games which take education as the purpose and leisure as the means are developed accordingly.The appearance of Children's educational games attracts the high attention and hot discussion of scholars and educational experts in related researches home and abroad,the aim is to introduce attractions of games into teaching,and make it be a good way of removing boring study.But at present,some difficulties are faced in educational games' development,the stiff grafting of educational and entertaining nature in the games not only cannot increase children's pleasures in games,but also cannot realize the educational function of educational games;on the other hand,some experts and educators often question whether educational games can play a role in educating children,whether educational games can make children immerse in them so as to achieve the effect of educating and teaching.Theoretical analysis of educational games home and abroad is conducted in this research,then flow theory is introduced as the design method of improving achievements of children's educational game education,the concept,evolution and characteristics of flow theory is summarized and concluded,the research of Children's educational game aggregation of flow theory is conducted,the way that how flow theory affects children educational games is analyzed,and what are the effects of children's educational games with stream characteristics on the effectiveness of education is concluded so as to analyze whether educational games designed on the basis of flow theory can improve the status of present educational games.Based on the above study,the author designed and developed a study of children's educational games in magic cells for children from five-year-old to 12-year-old children,magic cells achieved by taking flow theory as guidance is discussed in details.
