Research On The Quality Problems Of Local Government Statistics And Countermeasures

The quality of statistical data has always been the soul of the work of the statistical center.It is the lifeline for the survival and development of statistical undertakings.In order to accurately understand the local economic development and the improvement of people's livelihood,the local government will conduct statistics on the corresponding projects every year.The government statistics are the government's annual policy implementation.The annual policy pushes the effect judgment and the important basis of the later policy.The implementation of government statistics is in line with the national macro-control needs.The quality of statistical data determines its authenticity,objectivity and effectiveness,and is the key point of statistics.Efficient data statistics is the key to ensuring government decision-making.It is also the data verification of decision support.It can enhance the government's internal and external credibility through the data display of decision-making execution effects.Taking the third economic census data of S Province as an example,this paper reviews and summarizes the main work of the third economic census,analyzes the factors affecting the quality of government statistics by using relevant theories,and summarizes the influencing factors obtained by the analysis.Suggestions for improvement are proposed to better improve the quality of government statistics and improve the implementation of government policies.
