Class teachers are the backbone of the school.Their job satisfaction is their subjective feelings about the overall conditions of work.Investigating and studying the job satisfaction status of class teachers and their influencing factors can help enhance teachers' professional attractiveness,improve teachers' physical and mental development,and improve The quality of education and teaching provides reference for decision-making.Based on the job requirements-resource model,this research conducted an indepth study on the job satisfaction of class teachers,aiming to explore the current situation of class teachers' job satisfaction,influencing factors,etc.,through the design and distribution of questionnaires,and finally 424 class teachers as the research sample for empirical analysis.Comprehensive use the following conclusions are drawn:(1)In terms of satisfaction with demographic variables,differences in gender,age,nature of the school where the head teacher works,and the location of the school where the head teacher works will cause significant differences in training and promotion,and differences in professional titles and head teacher teaching subjects will cause school management Significant differences,the difference in the teaching stage of the head teacher will cause significant differences in economic remuneration,school management,training and promotion,and the work itself.Regarding the work requirements of class teachers,gender differences can cause significant differences in role conflicts,overtime requirements,and student safety pressures.Age differences can cause significant differences in overtime requirements.Differences in job titles can cause significant differences in work overload and overtime requirements.It causes significant differences in work overload.The difference in the teaching subjects of the class teacher and the teaching stage of the class teacher will cause significant differences in work overload,role conflicts,and overtime requirements.The geographical difference of the class teacher will cause significant differences in performance pressure.In terms of work resources for class teachers,gender differences can cause significant differences in the help of colleagues,differences in job titles can cause significant differences in grade leadership support and colleagues help,class teachers' working years can cause significant differences in parents' understanding,and differences in subjects taught by head teachers can cause grade leadership support and colleagues There are significant differences in help.The difference in the teaching stage of the class teacher will cause significant differences in school support,grade leadership support,colleague help,and parent understanding.(2)Through correlation analysis,it is found that the work satisfaction of the class teacher,the work requirements of the head teacher,and the various dimensions within the work resource scale of the head teacher are significantly correlated;Job requirements are partially negatively correlated with job satisfaction,that is,work overload,role conflict,and overtime requirements are significantly negatively correlated with job satisfaction,and the dimensions of work resources and job satisfaction are equal.It is positively correlated.(3)Through class regression analysis,it is found that the job requirements-resource model has a higher R2 for job satisfaction,that is,a higher explanation rate.Among them,the regression coefficients of school support,grade leadership support,and material and social returns in the work resources are significant and positive It affects the work satisfaction of the head teacher;the regression coefficient of work overload in the work requirements is significant,and has a negative and significant impact on the work satisfaction of the head teacher.In all dimensions,school support has the greatest influence on the job satisfaction of the class teacher,followed by material and social returns,and finally work overload and grade leadership support have less influence.(4)Through adjustment analysis,it is found that work resources play a part in the adjustment between work requirements and job satisfaction.According to the research results,this research focuses on the various dimensions of the work satisfaction of the class teacher and the work requirements-the factors that have a significant influence on job satisfaction in the resource model: work overload,school support,school leadership support,and material and social returns.Explain the corresponding opinions,suggestions and discussions in various aspects.
