| The in-depth development of economic globalization and marketization has brought unprecedented opportunities and challenges to all kinds of enterprises.The result is the continuous improvement of the physical pressure and psychological pressure of the employees of the enterprise,resulting in employees being troubled by various emotions and the dilemma that cannot be effectively resolved.Due to the nature of the company’s work,the emotions of employees are not only personal,but also may affect the working environment or other personal life environment and even society.Social work,as a profession of helping others,can be extended to the profession of expanding the field on the issue of employee emotional management.The paper selects the emotional management problems of chain store service employees,analyzes the causes of them in a multi-faceted way,intervenes in services from the perspective of social work professionals,and finally proposes countermeasures from a professional perspective.Therefore,the problem of social work intervention in employee emotional management has practical significance in the form of employment difficulties and "Internal competition".From the perspective of social work,this paper combines questionnaire surveys and field observations to study the influencing factors of employee sentiment of employees in the chain convenience store of Y Enterprise,understand the source of employees’ emotions at work,combined with the relevant knowledge of emotional management and personal realities,using case work to intervene,we provide feasible methods for individuals from the perspective of social work,and propose countermeasures and suggestions to companies. |
