With the rapid development of society,people pay more and more attention to the cause of education,and the expectations and requirements of the society for teachers are higher and higher.As the reserve talents of high-level teachers,the education of Master of Education should be paid more attention to.Pedagogical Content Knowledge(PCK)is the core part of teacher's knowledge structure put forward by Schulman at the end of the 20 th century.It integrates the professional knowledge of subject with the educational theory knowledge that he has mastered,combines his own educational practice,and finally represents the knowledge that is easy for students to learn and understand.It is an important reference standard for evaluating teacher's professional level,and therefore it has become an important part of the knowledge structure of master of education.This study adopts the qualitative research method,through classroom observation,interviews,content representation-pedagogical and professional experience model to recording the characterization of PCK for Master of Education in full-time subject teaching,and case studies were conducted.By sorting out the records,we can get the growth of PCK for master of education in school,and put forward feasible suggestions for the training of PCK for master of education.According to the learning process of the subjects,this study is divided into three stages: The first stage is the learning stage of Master of Education in school.In this stage,the main task of Master of Education is to study the theory of education,and to do some research on the physics curriculum and textbooks of the middle school,so as to lay a good theoretical foundation for the future.In this stage,the performance of master of education PCK is mainly recorded through interviews and observation of the subjects' performance in class.The second stage is the educational probation stage.In this stage,the Master of Education has the opportunity to enter the middle school classroom,listen to excellent front-line teachers,learn teaching skills,and reflect after class,so as to adjust his teaching behavior.In this stage,the researcher and the research object carry on the internship practice together,feel the classroom atmosphere,interview the research object after class,record their perception of this lesson,in order to judge the growth of the research object PCK.The third stage is the educational practice stage,In this stage,the Master of Education has the opportunity to really go to the platform for practical teaching.Though interaction with students,it finds its own shortcomings in the actual teaching and constantly improves.In this stage,the researcher observes the classroom teaching of the subjects,analyses the Co Re tables of the subjects,and interviews the subjects to record their PCK performance and changes in all aspects.By sorting out the data recorded in the above three stages,this study comes to the following conclusions: Firstly,the composition of full-time physics teaching Master of Education PCK is: physics knowledge,pedagogical knowledge,knowledge about students,knowledge about courses,knowledge about teaching strategies and teaching representation;Secondly,the development of PCK is unbalanced.On the one hand,the development level and speed of different individuals are different.On the other hand,the development level and speed of each PCK component knowledge of the same individual in different periods are different.Thirdly,the pedagogy knowledge and curriculum knowledge in PCK have grown rapidly in the first two semesters of school curriculum.Finally,the knowledge about students' knowledge,physics knowledge,teaching strategies and teaching representations in the master of education PCK has grown rapidly in the stage of educational internship and teaching practice.At the end of this study,combined with the conclusions of the study,the author puts forward feasible suggestions for the cultivation of master of education PCK,in order to help master of education understand their own PCK development laws,seize the opportunity to develop their own PCK.At the same time,it is hoped that the training units of master of education can provide more effective and accurate help for the development of master of education PCK and train more excellent master of education for the society,to export more excellent teachers for middle school.
