| (1)In-depth teaching is a summary,generalization and hierarchical teaching based on the theory of constructivism,the theory of multiple intelligence development and the Marxist theory of the comprehensive development of human beings.The concept,as a measure of the quality of teaching,has gradually become active in the field of academic research in related fields;the earliest articles on related research began in 2005,and the amount of literature after 2016 began to grow steadily.With conceptual and instrumental terminology,the specific and accurate definition of in-depth teaching and its evaluation system are still in the stage of continuous exploration and enrichment in the field.According to some of the first-line teaching quality assessments collected by some scholars at this stage,some teachers The quality of teaching has reached a fairly high level.From the perspectives of depth,hierarchy and situationality of teaching,it has a high reference value,but it lacks a more fair and objective evaluation system to judge the classroom experience.Results,for the period of career rise or the lack of professionalism of teachers Reference and depth of the division of imitation.(2)The main research object of this paper is the geography classroom of the first-line teachers,including the investigation and record of the interaction between teachers and students,various teacher behaviors and classroom feedback,and the selection of two qualifications in two different universities in the local city.The teaching level is recognized by the geography teachers in the industry as observation samples.The geography teaching classrooms of the two teachers are audited and recorded,and the main teaching behaviors and related characteristics are summarized.The psychological structure of the cognitive rules of middle school students is combined with the predecessors.The research results and the establishment of an indicator system based on classroom evaluation.(3)The research method of this paper is based on the selection of reasonable and objective classroom sample objects.The questionnaires for the weights of each index are designed and distributed in the early stage.The questionnaires are all the first-line teachers in the middle school and a few university teaching researchers.The data is substituted into the AHP(analytic hierarchy process),and the pairwise comparison matrix is obtained.The MATLAB software is used to calculate and test the consistency of each matrix,and then the weights of the evaluation indicators are obtained,and the teaching behavior characteristics and the behaviors displayed in the questionnaires are summarized.Relevant teaching methods,as the main conclusions of the thesis,establish relevant theoretical basis and specific methods for the definition of teachers’ teaching behavior and the evaluation system of in-depth teaching. |
