Aimed at exploring different physical training techniques which have an effect on the behavior theory and brain mechanism of implementation capacity,this research choose common college students,majors of physical education,skilled athletes,and average college student less exerciseing.This research is programmed by E-Prime,using Tow-back model to measure updating function and Stroop model to record inhibition function,and More-odd shifting model to measure shifting function.Besides,the brain mechanism of inhibition function is revealed by near infrared spectroscopy.The study found that the main effects of exercise level were significant in the response of different exercise levels and motor skills in 2-back [F(2,190)=10.99,p<0.001,? 2=0.104].The response time was significantly longer than that of high-level athletes(p<0.001)and physical education majors(p<0.05).There was no significant difference in the response time between high-level athletes and physical education majors.The main effect of motor skills was significant [F(1,190)=5.53,p<0.05,? 2=0.028].Pairwise comparisons showed that the open response was significantly lower than closed motor skills(p<0.05).The interaction between exercise level and motor skill was not significant F(2,190)=0.20,p>0.05.One-way ANOVA was performed on the correct rate of the different groups in 2-back.There was a very significant simple effect analysis of interactions reveals that in open motor skills,the response of ordinary college students is significant.Higher than high level athletes(p<0.05)and sports majors(p<0.01).Among the closed sports skills,the response of ordinary college students was significantly higher than that of high-level athletes(p<0.01),and the response of high-level athletes was significantly lower than that of sports majors(p<0.01).The response of open-ended motor skills conversion for physical education students was significantly lower than that of closed motor skills(p<0.001).One-way analysis of variance was performed for the difference between the different groups and the correct rate conversion.There was a significant difference between the seven groups[F(6,234)=8.64,p<0.01],and the channels are activated;while the closed sports skill training group has a lower degree of activation than the 4th,6th,11 th,and 13 th channels in the inconsistent state of the Stroop task,and other channels are activated.The activation map of the brain region shows that the hemoglobin activation in the brain region under the inconsistent condition of the open skill training group includes the ventrolateral lateral prefrontal cortex,the anterior frontal cortex,and the dorsolateral prefrontal cortex;the brain region hemoglobin activation under the inconsistent condition of the closed skill training group Ventral ventrolateral prefrontal cortex,frontal cortex,dorsolateral prefrontal cortex.The number of hemoglobin in different sports skill training groups under the condition of Stroop task can be seen that the open sports skill training group has the same level of Stroop task status,except for the 5th,7th,12 th,13th and 15 th channels.The closed sports skill training group is activated under the condition that the Stroop task state is consistent except that the 4th,7th,11 th,and 13 th channels are activated,and other channels are activated.The brain area activation map shows that the hemoglobin activation in the brain area under the uniform condition of the open skill training group is mainly the ventrolateral anterior frontal cortex,the anterior frontal cortex,the dorsolateral prefrontal cortex and the frontal cortex;the closed skill training group is consistent.The hemoglobin-activated pathway in the ventral lateral prefrontal cortex,frontal cortex,and dorsolateral prefrontal cortex.The open-type skill training group Stroop effect brain area hemoglobin activation,mainly in the ventrolateral anterior frontal cortex.In the closed-type skill training group,the Stroop effect brain area hemoglobin activation,brain area activation is not obvious.The research suggests:(1)Behavioral theory shows the levels of sports influence the updating function.If the level is high,the updating function would work better both in open physical techniques and enclosed physical techniques.(2)The behavioral research suggests that physical training has a positive effect on inhibition function will perform better than those who seldom take exercise.However,there is no significant difference between sports levels.(3)Sports level is significantly related with shifting function.The higher the sports level is,the better the shifting function will be.(4)All the three sub-functions of executive function indicate that the result of open training group is better than the closed training group at the same level.(5)The result of the Near-infrared research reveals that if people that open sports skills training,their inhibition function will gain more brain resources,Participate in the open sports skill training group to activate the brain area mainly in the ventrolateral anterior frontal cortex,anterior frontal cortex,dorsolateral prefrontal cortex,and participate in the closed skill training group to activate the brain area mainly in the ventral lateral prefrontal cortex.The dorsolateral prefrontal cortex and the frontal cortex.
