Research objective: executive function is a complex and high-level cognitive function,including three sub-functions of inhibition,refresh and transformation.It plays a core role in the healthy development of individuals.Good executive function is conducive to learning new knowledge,solving new problems and developing creativity.Poor development of executive function will lead to abnormalities in cognition,emotion and social function of individuals.In recent years,research results at home and abroad have found that sports are closely related to the development of individual executive function,and most studies have shown that sports can promote and improve individual executive function.At the same time,due to the limited teaching resources,the lack of characteristic sports,teaching items and content is relatively single,it is difficult to stimulate students' interest in sports learning.WutiBall is a sport that can fully mobilize the head and limbs to develop at the same time.It is innovative,educational and interesting,which is in line with the physical and mental development of teenagers and can stimulate the curiosity and enthusiasm of students.This study observed the effect of WutiBall movement on students' executive function and sports learning interest after 10-week WutiBall teaching intervention.Methods: select the second high school of shenzhen 32 school students as the research object,according to the student volunteers into two groups,experimental group 17(12 boys and girls 5 people),control group 15 people boy 10 people,a girl(5),the experimental group with moderate intensity for 10 body ball exercise intervention on Friday,lesson twice a week,each lesson time for 45 minutes,in the control group according to the teaching plan for regular physical education of the school.Before and after the experiment,the executive function and sports learning interest of all the subjects were measured.The three dimensions of executive function(inhibition,refresh and transformation)were measured on the computer using Flanker task,2-back task and more-odd shifting task,respectively.The questionnaire of high school students' interest in sports learning was issued to investigate the students' interest in sports learning.Results: 1.The influence of WutiBall exercise intervention and routine teaching on the overall executive function,refresh and conversion function of high school students is different;Overall executive function time of × groupinteraction:F(1,30)=15.82,P=0.00 < 0.01,refresh the function time of × group interaction:F(1,30)=10.25,P=0.00 < 0.01,the transformation time of × group interaction:F(1,30)=10.05,P=0.00 < 0.01,and the five ball movement in the achievement of intervention group is superior to the conventional teaching group,two ways of high school students inhibition function there is no difference,the influence of inhibiting function time of × group interaction:F(1,30)=0.08,P=0.78 > 0.05.2.WutiBall can improve the interest of high school students in sports learning;Experimental group and control group in physical education learning interest,positive negative interest,sports participation,autonomy and explore,pay attention to physical experiment results before there was no significant difference(P > 0.05),the experimental group in physical education learning interest in five dimensions performance comparison before and after the experiment have significant difference(P < 0.05),and after the test result is better than the former test results,the control group in physical education learning interest in five dimensions performance comparison before and after the experiment had no significant difference(P > 0.05),the experimental group and control group in physical education learning interest after the experiment results compared to the five dimensions have significant difference(P< 0.05),and the experimental result is better than the control group.Research conclusions:(1)WutiBall exercise has a positive impact on the development of executive function of high school students,mainly manifested in the improvement of refresh function and conversion function,but the improvement of inhibitory function is not significant.(2)WutiBall can improve the interest of high school students in sports learning and can be used and promoted in sports teaching.This study reveals that pentathlon is suitable for the promotion of physical education in high school students.
