In recent years,both domestic and foreign children's Emotional and psychological problems are very prominent."The Collaborative to Advance Social and Emotional Learning(CASEL)" project was introduced in the UK,and the"Social Emotional Aspects of Learning(SEAL)" course was developed.In the future,the course has a significant effect on alleviating children's psychological and emotional problems.As the UK has a regional education policy,the education policies of England.Scotland,wales and Northern Ireland are independent from each other,and the development and implementation of the "SEAL" course need to be based on the local basic situation.Regional Curriculum includes:"Curriculum for Excellence(CfE)"for students aged 3-18 in Scotland;Wales integrates "Personal,Social and Health Education(PSHE)" to implement the "SEAL" course.England area and the pressure class union implementation which already existed;Most schools in Northern Ireland are run in conjunction with international organizations or programs.This thesis mainly focuses on the curriculum research in Scotland and wales.This paper adopts the method of literature review and case study to carry out academic research.The main contents are as follows:1.The course development course of "SEAL" is carried out fron three aspects including policy background,course development and inplementation,and theoretical basis.2.The framework of the analyzed SEAL course is studied from four dimensions of target,content,implementation mode and evaluation,and analyzed in combination with the course framework.3.It mainly introduces "CfE",one of the courses of "SEAL",which focuses on holistic teaching and interdisciplinary teaching.Systematic teaching from primary school to senior high school can help and develop children's "social and emotional ability" in the long term.This article mainly from the curriculum goal,the structure,the implementation and the evaluation four parts to carry on the research.It is hoped that the study of "CfE" can be of great guiding significance for China to carry out the course of "SEAL".4.Introduced the "PSHE" of course 2 of "SEAL",emphasizing "student oriented,return to life",and using the subtle teaching environment to guide and intuitively feel the teaching process.The research is mainly carried out from the four dimensions of overall goal.content,implementation and evaluation.Britain's successful experience is worth learning from.5.Combined with China's national conditions,this paper puts forward some enlightenment for China to carry out the course of "SEAL".Policy support and curriculum should be reasonable;"Teople-oriented",focusing on student development;schools,families and communities work together to promote healthy growth of students.
