A Study On The Current Situation And Influencing Factors Of Excessive Rights Protection For Parents Of Childern

It is the responsibility of educational administrative departments and kindergartens to provide children with safe,stable and excellent education and teaching environment.Under the rule of law policy,everyone's behavior must be restricted by law.However,in recent years,frequent campus safety problems have led to conflicts between schools and families,and the phenomenon of "school disturbance" is also known as excessive rights protection for parents.In kindergartens,there are also cases of parents' excessive rights protection.Children are the hope of parents and families.In the face of the infringement of children's rights and interests,some parents lose their reason and take drastic actions,which affect the normal educational activities of kindergartens and preschool teachers.Frequent cases of excessive rights protection urgently need kindergartens to strengthen crisis management awareness,and effective prevention strategies are needed to maintain the stability of kindergartens and provide better educational environment for children.This study through case analysis and empirical research method to collect parents over the rights of related cases,the current status and factors affecting parents over rights to carry on the analysis and summary,finally put forward for the rights of parents too much guidance Suggestions,hoping to help parents legitimate rights,provide children with a good education environment.This study mainly covers the following five parts:The first part is the introduction of this study: the main contents include: research origin,research significance,core concept definition,literature review,research ideas and research methods,research difficulties and innovation points.The second part is the investigation and research of this study: it mainly collects and sorts out the cases of excessive rights protection of parents of children.According to the causes of excessive rights protection of parents of children,it can be divided into three parts.Excessive rights protection incidents caused by injuries of children in kindergartens;Overprotection events caused by conflicts between preschool teachers and children and overprotection events caused by conflicts between children.In addition,the behavior characteristics and harms of parents' excessive rights protection are summarized.The third part is the factors that influence the excessive rights protection of the parents of children.The influencing factors of the excessive rights protection of the parents of children are relatively complex.Based on the collected cases and interviews with the teachers of children,this chapter elaborates on the concept and consciousness of rights protection of the parents of children,preventive measures of the kindergarten and social media.The fourth part is the governance path of excessive rights protection for parents of children.Based on the collected relevant cases and the analysis of the current situation and causes of this event,the corresponding counseling strategies are proposed from the legal path,management path and media path.The fifth part is the conclusion of this study and the deficiency and prospect.This study is expected to arouse the public's attention.
