Study On The Present Situation,Problems And Countermeasures Of School District Management Of Compulsory Education

In the comprehensive reform of education system,school district management,as an important institutional innovation measure in the compulsory education stage,has played a historic role in advancing the fairness of social education.In the process of balanced development of compulsory education,school district system has played a positive and constructive role in promoting innovation of education system.However,along with the further promotion and implementation of the school district system management,its contradictions and problems have emerged.Faced with the growing demand for quality education resources in today's society,how to effectively use the successful experience of school district management is very important in advanced developed regions at home and abroad.Through the study case of school district management in x District in Guangzhou City,the author sorted out the actual situation of school district management,put forward feasible suggestions on the actual situation,and provided guidance theory for the other regions of the country to explore innovative mechanisms for the balanced development of compulsory education.The author visits the district education bureaus to consult relevant documents and interviews with the principals and teaching managers of each representative school to obtain a more precise and detailed implementation of the district school management.Finally,the author provides the feasible opinions for the management of the district.
