The use of literature,investigation,logical analysis and other research methods,in the village of C Table Tennis Association as an example,produce action strategies and action of village elites to participate in activities of grassroots sports associations the motive,action factors,the utility of logical analysis,designed for China’s sports associations from the "matter" perspective to provide a "human" complex behavior logic perspective,also provide reference for the development of grassroots sports organizations in china.The research finds that:1.the action motivation of the political elite is manifested in three aspects.First,in order to eliminate the bad habits of the villagers and improve the health of the villagers,two,in order to improve personal performance,three,in order to win the face.The motive of the economic elite is also manifested in three aspects:first,for home construction;two,to win face;three,to support friends.The motive of social elite action is manifested in two aspects.On the one hand,highly social responsibility and pursuit of self value,on the other hand,the love for sports and health pursuit.2.internal factors that affect the Political Elite Action for the ability of the government itself,the external factor is the influence of the association and the association is active alms to the government".The internal factors that influence the operation of the economic elite are the economic strength of the economic elites and their status in the association,and the external factors are the demand for funds by the association.The internal factors that influence the operation of the social elite are the social elites’abilities and social relations,the external factors,such as the venues,funds and membership qualities of the association.3.the strategies of political elite action are as follows:first,the early "low key" observation is carried out,then the effect is supported by "high-profile",and finally,active participation and coordination.The strategy of the economic elite is to provide funds and sports equipment.The strategy of social elite action is divided into three aspects.First,seek for multi support and strengthen standardized management;two,organize various activities;three,assist the association’s work and contribute positively.4.the effectiveness of Rural Elite action is:mobilizing sports development resources,providing sports public services,promoting the generation of public space,and enhancing people’s awareness of participating in physical exercise.Then,based on the analysis of the action logic of the rural elite participating in the grass-roots sports associations,we will provide some suggestions for the establishment and development of the grass-roots sports associations in other parts of China.
