Grassroots movement (grassroots sport) in Europe is an important sport,it launchedextensively for European Union contributed huge economic and social value. In Europe different countries, there are alot of people to participate in regular physical exercise and sports, however, participationrate higher than the average level of main distribution in the Scandinavian peninsula afterhome, including Norway, Sweden, Finland, etc., and the participation rate lower than theaverage level of the country’s major concentrated in the south of the Scandinaviancountries, including France, Germany, Spain, etc.The development of grassroots sports in Europe faces from finance and financialaspects of the huge challenges, the grassroots movement depends on all kinds of fundsources, but not all of the capital source can rapid growth, the financial crisis and thegovernment policy on fund source constitution had a huge impact.
