Research On Contemporary College Students' Employment Outlook At The Grass-roots Level

It is very important for contemporary college students to set up correct employment concept at the grass-roots level to improve their own moral cultivation,practical motivation and personal value.At present,the mode of education in China has changed from elitism to popularization,and grassroots has become an important space for college graduates to find jobs.However,from the perspective of the distribution of college students' employment,structural contradictions need to be further solved.Encouraging college students to take the initiative to choose grassroots employment and promoting the balanced development of regional structure is an important link to solve the problems of socialist people's livelihood.Therefore,the main problem of employment difficulty lies in the contradiction between employment intention and social demand.Then,how about the development status of contemporary college students' grass-roots employment concept,and how to cultivate college students to set up a correct grass-roots employment concept,so as to promote college students to actively go to the grass-roots employment,has become the main problem to solve the structural contradictions in the employment region.This paper will take contemporary college students as the main body of research,based on the contemporary college students' employment choice tendency and the development of grass-roots employment view,through the way of questionnaire survey,using the view of historical materialism to see the structural contradiction of the region to be employed.Then from the university,the government,the individual and so on aspect analyzes the influence university student grassroots employment view the main factor.Specifically,it is mainly carried out from the following three aspects,namely,the contradiction between the ideological and political education of college students and the development needs of grassroots,the contradiction between the government's plan for grassroots service of college students and social security,and the contradiction between the deviation of college students' own values and the awareness of grassroots service.Among them,the subjective factors of college students play a decisive role in the formation of grass-roots employment concept.Therefore,the government should strengthen policy guidance,improve the employmentsystem,further optimize the grass-roots employment policy,colleges and universities should also actively guide college students.At the same time,it is necessary to give full play to the subjective initiative of college students and make proper positioning of their own development direction,so that college students can fully recognize the current employment situation,form correct employment expectations,take the initiative to choose grassroots employment and establish a correct view of grassroots employment.In a word,the cultivation of contemporary college students' grass-roots employment concept is a long-term process,which should arouse the wide attention of various forces in the society,and then form joint support and guidance.To help college students understand the popular development model,based on the current reality,the formation of grassroots development goals,the correct handling of domestic and personal interests,and establish a long-term,correct and reasonable view of employment.In order to realize the values and dedication of the new era,and to contribute to the sustainable development of grassroots undertakings and socialist modernization.
