| In recent years, various types of social voluntary organizations continue to emerging, volunteers organized activities increasingly active, aroused wide attention from all sectors of the society. Grass-roots voluntary organizations, which spontaneously established by migrant workers is particularly aroused people's attention.This paper set the grass-roots voluntary organizations of migrant workers which called "Grass-Roots House" as a case. Focus on the level of actors of the "action" and "practice" based on understanding the " Grass-Roots House" why are generated, how to established and the real survival of the current state. Then, explore the practice of logic of the organization as an actor, including what motivated individuals involved in voluntary action? The Actor how to endue meanings for itself? How to create a voluntary action on the collective identity? How the actor through their own actions for the legitimacy of recognition? Choose what kind of action selection Strategy?In order to explore these questions, the study directed at the course of action and the practice of logic of the grass-roots volunteer organization. The full text of study focused on two aspects of practice. First, the significance of voluntary action and meaning of identity construction, that is how Individual volunteers endow meaning to their own voluntary action, construct what kind of meaning framework, and then how to gradually form voluntary organizations of collective identity in the organization of voluntary actions. Second, how does the Actor act to fight for the recognition of the legitimacy and mobilize social resources, adopting what kind of action strategies.Focusing on grass-roots voluntary organizations, study the significance of its existence and how it to act to improve the situation of access to survival and development, can really be considered to be a new research perspective to explain the construction of contemporary China's third domain.
