Research On Safty Risk Management Of "Ultra Gobi"

With the improvement of people's quality of life,most people have turned from material pursuit to a higher level of spiritual pursuit.More and more people choose to go out of their homes and go outdoors.Under the promotion of outdoor waves,more and more people choose to be a trail runner,and the number of events is increasing,.However,cross-country running is affected by many factors,and there are many hidden dangers.In addition,the risk control system,risk management mechanism and theoretical deficiencies have greatly affected the development health of China's cross-country races.Through the research methods such as literature review method,field investigation method,interview method and risk matrix map,this paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the safety risk factors of the “Ultra Gobi” and objectively analyzes the safety problems and causes in the event.Established the safety risk management and control system for Ultra Gobi,and provided targeted suggestions and strategies for the safety risk management of the Ultra Gobi.It also provided reference for the safe development of Ultra Gobi and other cross-country races in the future.The main conclusions are as follows:1.Because of the high degree of openness of the track,the ultra trail race is extremely vulnerable to the external environment.There are many hidden dangers in the operation of the race.It is necessary for the race management personnel to prevent and handle the safety risks in advance.2.The “Ultra Gobi ”has the characteristics of poor natural environment,high degree of openness of the track,and difficulty in the rules of the competition.The existing risk control measures of the organizing committee run well in practice,but there are still some problems,like:spend much time in rescues and unclear medicaltreatment,unexpected situation response is not timely and other issues.3.The factors affecting the safety of the “Ultra Gobi ” can be divided into three categories: competition organization management risk,environmental risk and event support risk.Among them,environmental risk is the biggest source of risk.4.There are three factors in the safety risk of the“Ultra Gobi ”belong to high-risk,weather conditions,medical rescue and technical support,and risk transfer strategies such as purchasing insurance and business outsourcing for high-risk;seven are medium-risk,such as: track design,personnel management,material management,information communication,elevation and landform,sudden events and logistical support.Risk mitigation strategies are adopted for medium-risk risks.Managers need to optimize internal management and continuously strengthen their ability to cope with risks.5.The Organizing Committee of the “Ultra Gobi ” should establish a four-in-one security risk prevention and control mechanism from competition management,risk prevention,risk monitoring and risk management,and continuously enhance management through pre-match prevention,in-game processing,and post-match summary.Ability to reduce the occurrence of security incidents.
