Study On The Characteristics Of The Game Running Of The Male Football Players In Beijing Zhonghe Guoan U18

Objective: This study analyzed the running characteristics of U18 soccer players in Zhonghe Guoan,Beijing,so as to provide a reference for understanding the running ability of U18 high-level male soccer players.Methods: The methods of documentation,field monitoring and mathematical statistics were used.Taking 16 players from Beijing Zhonghe Guoan U18 who had played the whole match as the research object,this paper used the Apex Sports Monitoring System produced by Ireland STATSports Company to monitor and collect data from 10 official matches in which 16 players participated.Result: 1.Beijing Zhonghe Guoan U18 athletes have a full running distance of 9552.2±810.5m,high intensity running distance of344.4±125.6m,low,medium and high intensity running distance between the ratio of about 20:4:1,the whole field sprint times are 19.1±11.4 times,The acceleration and deceleration times were 63.4±11.7 and 79.7±18.5 respectively,and the maximum velocity and average velocity of the field were 29.6±1.9km/h,6.0±0.5/h,respectively.2.There are significant differences between the first half and the second half in running distance/minute,low-intensity running proportion,medium-intensity running proportion,high-speed running proportion and average speed.3.There are significant differences in running characteristics among different locations.4.There is no significant difference between the running performance of Heguoan U18 in Beijing and the winning or losing of the competition.Conclusion: 1.Beijing Zhonghe Guoan U18 male footballers have a slight advantage over the elite at home and abroad in terms of running distance,but there is still a gap with high level players at home and abroad in terms of high intensity running ability.2.Beijing Zhonghe Guoan U18 male football players in the competition plus,deceleration times more,the proportion of possession is larger,indicating that footballers need to have a good speed andsensitive quality.3.Fatigue has a certain impact on the decline in second-half running performance of Beijing Zhonghe Guoan U18 male footballers,with middle-garde and centre-backs more affected by fatigue.4.Beijing Zhonghe Guoan U18 male footballer The characteristics of running are similar to the position characteristics of football players of different ages and genders,indicating that the position characteristics of football players ' running performance are not affected by age and gender.5.Beijing Zhonghe Guoan U18 male footballer's running performance is not positively correlated with the results of the game,running ability is not the key factor for Guoan U18 players to decide to win or lose the game.
