Research On The Model Of Player Development For U19&U20Youth Players At Beijing Guoan Football Club

The history, current situation and existing problems of the system of player development for U19&U20youth players at Beijing Guoan Football Club has been analyzed with combined researching methods of case study, literature research, survey, data statistics. As a result, the team has to be set at a strategic position with players at the age of U19&U20. Also, the objective is to develop high level professional players. So, the player selection system, training system and match planning have been discussed with summary of5fundamental points to be pre-professionals. The concepts and suggestions have been declared to combine academic education with football training system, raise the function of coaches, strengthen the individual faith and motivation as well as professional ethics, etc. The aim is to present practical experience and theoretical basis for the further study on development system of the team.
