Since the 1990 s,core literacy has led and promoted key activities such as education curriculum reform,education mode reform and education evaluation reform.Its purpose is to establish a student-oriented course.The purpose of literacy is to cultivate and improve students' spirit of inquiry,innovation ability and lifelong learning ability.For this reason,on the basis of teaching theory and combining the practical experience of many schools,Zunyi No.2 Middle School has explored a "331" efficient classroom teaching model which is suitable for their school.Traditional teaching and "331" efficient classroom teaching were carried out in Class 18 and Class 19 of the second Middle School in Zunyi City,Guizhou Province,respectively.The results are as follows:1.The "331" efficient classroom teaching model consists of three learning processes,three presentation processes and one promotion process."three learning processes" is to guide learning,self-learning and cooperative learning,in which cooperative learning includes two people learning together and a group of people learning together;"three demonstration processes" are self-presentation,group presentation and class presentation;"one promotion process" summarizes knowledge points and improves learning ability by teachers.The process of the teaching model is as follows: taking the students as the main body,using the preview plan to learn conceptual knowledge before class,actively participating,actively exploring,cooperating and communicating in class,and showing their own learning achievements,and completing the corresponding exercises after class.make a summary of the content of this class,through this model,students'learning knowledge forms a whole.In the process of teaching,teachers need to change the mode of lesson preparation,pay attention to students'participation and learning effect,reflect on the classroom and improve it in time.2.In the "331" efficient classroom teaching class,81% of the students approved the teaching model,the students' classroom participation was more than doubled,88%of the students thought this method was effective,and the students' interest in learning biology increased from 49.05% to 84.90%.The average grade of the class has improved significantly,the number of excellent students and the number of Students with average grades are increasing,and the achievement gap between students is narrowing.The score of biology in the class has been improved as a whole.A series of links,such as studying alone,cooperative communication,display and report,and mutual evaluation,mobilize students' enthusiasm for learning,improve their participation in learning,enliven the classroom,and cultivate students' language expression ability,scientific inquiry ability and cooperative learning ability.3.After using the "331" efficient classroom teaching model,nearly 60% of the teachers found that the learning effect of the students was very good,47% of the teachers used it all the time,and 23% of the teachers used it frequently,but some teachers already had a certain model in teaching.let them suddenly change the use of the new teaching model does not adapt,some teachers are still trying to adapt to the new model,on the other hand,students should teach students in accordance with their aptitude and face different students.Or different knowledge and different teaching methods are used,so 30% of teachers do not use this teaching mode at all.According to this study,it is found that the "331" teaching model is suitable for Zunyi No.2 Middle School,of course,it may have some limitations.The "331" efficient classroom teaching model implements each link layer by layer,which can guide students to study actively to a certain extent,improve teaching quality and teaching effect.Improve students' sense of knowledge acquisition and self-confidence,consolidate and enhance students' biological science literacy.
