In recent years,many postgraduates majoring in preschool education choose to enter the front-line kindergarten to become a preschool teacher after graduation.Moreover,with the expansion of postgraduate enrollment,the growth of the number of graduates and the increase of social demand,it will become a trend for postgraduates majoring in preschool education to enter kindergartens after graduation.However,preschool teachers with postgraduate education still belong to a minority group,and there is not much research work for such preschool teachers.The author hopes to find out the dilemma of their professional survival by investigating the occupational survival status of these new kindergarten teachers,so as to improve their occupational survival environment and attract more postgraduate preschool teachers to join the front line.In order to improve the professional quality of kindergarten teachers and ensure the steady development of preschool education.In this paper,four preschool teachers with postgraduate education are studied by case study.To explore the working status and emotional experience of such teachers,the basic contents are as follows: The first part,introduction.Starting from the origin of the study,this paper expounds the theoretical and practical significance of the study,and defines the relevant concepts and connotations of the professional survival of postgraduate preschool teachers on the basis of existing literature and research.The second part is a sketch of preschool teachers' professional survival status with postgraduate education.It mainly shows the real state of their professional survival from four aspects: salary and welfare benefits,workload,working environment and professional growth and development.The third part is about the characteristics of preschool teachers with postgraduate education.Including the summary of four postgraduate preschool teachers' occupational survival status shows the characteristics of commonality and difference,which lays the foundation for exploring the influencing factors of postgraduate preschool teachers' occupational survival status.The fourth part explores the various influencing factors that affect the professional survival status of preschool teachers with postgraduate degrees,and puts forward targeted improvement countermeasures and suggestions on this basis.The study concludes that preschool teachers with postgraduate education are facing many difficulties in their professional survival.The main factors affecting their professional survival are teachers' own professionalism and competence,kindergarten management level,the mode of training postgraduates in pre-school education in universities and the influence of national policies and social culture in the social level.
