The township center—kindergarten is the backbone of the development of preschool education in rural areas,and the construction and development of the township center—kindergarten directly affects the overall development quality of preschool education in rural areas.Kindergarten teachers are the core factors affecting the development of the township center—kindergartens.They are more complex compared with the teachers of primary school affiliated kindergartens and private kindergartens in rural areas.The concern and improvement of their occupational survival status is not only the care of preschool teachers as the human beings' noumenon,but also the key to the development of kindergartens in township centers.It plays an irreplaceable role in the stable development of preschool teachers in rural areas.The research adopts the method of purposive sampling,and a total of 320 teachers from 24 kindergartens in 8 districts and counties of Chongqing were selected as the research objects of the study.The self-prepared questionnaire “Questionnaires on the Occupational Survival Status of Teachers in Township Center—kindergartens” was used as a research tool.This paper uses SPSS20.0 application software to analyze data,takes descriptive statistics to examine the scores of the occupational survival status of teachers in the township center—kindergartens,independent sample T test and single factor variance analysis method to analyze different demographic variables.At the same time,the study comprehensively explores and analyzes the occupational survival status of teachers in the township center—kindergartens by using interview method,objects gathering method.It reveals the development and changes in the state of occupational survival of teachers in township center—kindergartens,and analyzes the main factors affecting the state of occupational survival.Finally,it proposes feasible suggestions for improving the occupational survival conditions of teachers in township center—kindergartens.The results of the study show that the professional identity of kindergarten teachers in township centers has been significantly improved;the prestige of kindergarten teachers in township centers has been significantly increased;and the professional development of kindergarten teachers in township centers has been good.There are some problems of occupational survival for teachers of township center—kindergartens that include the lack of material support for vocational survival,and the tremendous stress of teachers in township center—kindergartens;the professional guidance of teachers in township center—kindergartens is difficult.The rigid evaluation of teachers hinders the promotion and development of teachers;the professional growth of kindergarten teachers in township centers is limited,and the structure of awareness is uneven.Based on the existing research results,the factors affecting the occupational survival status of teachers in township center—kindergartens are analyzed from the individual level of teachers,kindergarten level and social level.From the of teacher's individual level,the subjective awareness and self-expectation of teachers in the township center— kindergartens have a direct impact on the teacher's occupational survival status.From the kindergarten level,the management system of the central—kindergarten in villages and towns and the leadership of the director are the important factors affecting the teacher's occupational status.From a the social perspective,government policies and social awareness influence the occupational survival of teachers in township center—kindergartens.Finally,according to the research conclusions,the suggestions for improving the occupational survival status of teachers in township center—kindergartens are proposed from the aspects of teachers themselves,kindergartens and society.From the perspective of teachers in township center—kindergartens,they should learn to care for themselves and actively conduct psychological adjustment,cultivate research awareness and the ability to gain development in the course of teaching and research in,and pay attention to the development of independent professional,and comprehensively improvement of professional knowledge.From the perspective of kindergartens level,it is required to implement humane management,pay attention to and realize the status of preschool teachers,improve their development and training system,ensure the fairness and effectiveness of training,and promote the professionalism of the principals to achieve the professional guidance of teachers.From the perspective of social level,the government should continue to increase financial investment to achieve the basic balance between pay and reward of teachers in the township center—kindergartens.The parents establish reasonable expectation for kindergarten teachers in the township center,from respect to cooperation.
