With the development of the society,China has paid more and more attention to preschool education.Rural preschool education has always been the focus and difficulty in the development of preschool education.In recent years,China has issued a series of policy documents that strongly support and develop rural preschool education,aiming to build a stable rural kindergarten teacher team,and then improve the level of rural preschool education to ensure the quality of rural preschool education development.Rural public kindergarten teachers,as the main part of rural preschool education,have become increasingly prominent in the development of rural preschool education,and have gradually attracted the attention of the society.The professional survival status of rural public kindergarten teachers can directly affect all rural kindergarten teachers,which in turn affects the level and quality of rural preschool education development.Therefore,we should pay attention to and promote the continuous improvement of the professional survival of rural public kindergarten teachers.This article synthetically adopts the methods of literature,questionnaire survey and interview.The rural public kindergarten teachers in County X are the survey objects and we explore the occupational survival status of rural public kindergarten teachers in County X.According to the survey results,we find that: the overall professional self-identity of rural public kindergarten teachers is at a high level,whereas their professional will is facing a realistic test;the working pressure of rural public kindergarten teachers widely exists and is still within the tolerance,but it is necessary to prevent the escalation of pressure to trigger the departure tendency;the overall interpersonal relationship of rural public kindergarten teachers is harmonious but lacks in-depth cooperation;rural public kindergarten teachers have many professional development opportunities but narrow paths,and most of them rely on their own consciousness and lack external support.According to the survey results,we analyze the factors that affect the professional survival of rural public kindergarten teachers in terms of the society,government,kindergarten,and individual teachers,and propose the improvement strategies based on the actual situation.
