Since October 2016,Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region has implemented free three-year pre-school bilingual education in rural areas,requiring all school-age children to enter kindergartens.In the case of the shortage of teachers with special posts and transferred posts,four prefectures in southern Xinjiang have launched large-scale recruitment of "self-hired teachers" for kindergartens across the country.The professional living conditions of self-hired teachers in rural kindergartens in Southern Xinjiang will directly affect the construction of teachers,and then determine the quality of preschool education in rural areas in Southern Xinjiang.Therefore,the professional living status of kindergarten "self-hired teachers" should be paid more attention and care by all sectors of society.In this study,390 self-employed teachers in rural kindergartens of K City in Southern Xinjiang were investigated.Quantitative research and qualitative research were mainly adopted.On the basis of sorting out the existing literature and according to Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,this paper makes a statistical analysis of the occupational survival status of self-hired kindergarten teachers from five aspects:salary,working environment,occupational identity,professional development and career development prospect.This study is mainly divided into four parts,the basic structure:The first part: introduction,mainly describes the research background,research overview,research purpose,research significance,theoretical basis,research ideas and methods.The second part: the status quo of self-hired teachers' professional existence.It is found that the material environment of the kindergarten is good,and the living facilities and teaching facilities in the kindergarten basically meet the educational and teaching needs of teachers.Self-hired teachers have harmonious interpersonal relationship with principals,colleagues and kindergarten parents.But at the same time,self-hired teachers still face many difficulties in their work,such as unsatisfactory salary and welfare,high work pressure,low professional identity,lack of support for professional development and poor career development prospects.The third part: the self-hired teacher's occupation survival predicament and thereason analysis.Based on the in-depth analysis of the occupational survival dilemma of "self-hired teachers",the author explores the deep reasons for the occupational survival dilemma of self-hired teachers from the objective factors and subjective factors.The fourth part: improvement strategies of self-hired teachers' occupational survival state.First,to create an external environment conducive to the professional survival of self-hired teachers.Specific:(1)to strengthen publicity,improve the social status of self-hired teachers;(2)Broaden the salary source channels and improve the salary and treatment level of self-hired teachers;(3)To improve the support system for self-hired teachers' career development;(4)To strengthen humanized management and enhance the cohesion of self-hired teachers in kindergartens;(5)To implement the training plan and pave the way for the professional development of self-hired teachers;Second,self-hired teachers should take the initiative to improve the professional survival plight.To be specific.(1)change ideas to enhance professional identity;(2)To make a good career planning and reasonable arrangement of professional life;(3)Pay attention to the development of their own abilities and comprehensively improve their professional quality.
