In recent years, incidents of violations of children's rights have occurred frequently, including children suffering from poor physical and mental development, which have made them unable to receive effective material assistance, emotional companionship and psychological counseling in a timely manner.Children are referred to as distressed family children.Family reasons have caused some of them to have poor communication, lack of communication, poor emotional control, and lack of self-confidence.Establishing an effective peer support network can specifically improve the development of children in difficult families. This article takes the M peer group of Nanjing D as an example to study how to establish and maintain a support network for children in need. The article is divided into five chapters to elaborate and analyze. As the introduction, the first chapter elaborates the background and research significance of the topic, and combs the literature on the work of the group of children in distress, the social support network of the children in distress, and the research on peer relationship, and sorts out the relevant theoretical basis and research methods. The second chapter describes the basic situation and peer relationship of the M peer group members. It is found that the team members have poor peer communication skills, lack of communication self-confidence and initiative, lack of continuity in peer communication, and emotional control in communication.Good four questions. The third chapter is the specific practical process. The 10 team members who meet the requirements are selected and the activities are designed according to the dilemma of the team members. There are six group activities and three follow-up activities, and detailed process analysis is done. The fourth chapter is an evaluation of the effectiveness of the practical process, including the evaluation of the relationship between the establishment and maintenance of peer relationships, the self-assessment of group members and the self-assessment of the group, and the discovery of the ability of peers to communicate and the initiative to promote the group.Self-confidence and identity in the relationship have been strengthened, and the relationship between peers has a certain persistence. In the fifth chapter, the author puts forward a virtuous circle of supportive support for the effective establishment and maintenance of the network of supportive families and children's peers, provides a stable peer exchange platform, conducts continuous evaluation of peer support relationships, and enhances the public's social work profession. The four major recommendations for recognition provide a reference for future research in related fields.
