Teacher Z is a famous teacher in teaching.As early as she was studying in a normal university,she began to manage and utilize fragmentary time unconsciously.With the accumulation of knowledge and experience and the rational allocation of work tasks,she formed a set of methods and skills for management of fragmentary time gradually.In today's educational situation,teachers' pressure is increasing day by day,and their work burden is increasing too.More and more teachers complain that their daily time is often occupied by many trivial matters,and there is little time to improve their professional development.Therefore,it is very important for teachers to master a good set of skills of fragmentary time management.On the one hand,it can relieve the pressure of teachers' work,on the other hand,it can provide time for teachers' professional development.In order to explore and summarize the efficient fragmentary time management methods,and make the methods and techniques feasible,the author carries out a case of Teacher Z.By sorting out the classical literature in pedagogy,psychology,time management and other disciplines,the scientific and effective time management skills are finally summarized,which are bit by bit,seize the minute,and break up the whole into parts.To investigate the effect of various factors of fragmentary time management,such as teachers' personal educational beliefs,family background,personality characteristics and the relationship between colleagues,and draw the enlightenment of how to become a famous teacher.That is to say,the effective use of fragmentary time can provide more learning time and opportunities for teachers to develop themselves.With the continuous accumulation of teachers' ontological knowledge and conditional knowledge,as well as the external driving force,teachers' self-efficacy is constantly improved,which not only strengthens teachers' professional identity,but also strengthens teachers' professional will and goals.Therefore,as a teacher,we should learn and master scientific and effective methods and techniques of fragmentary timemanagement,so as to improve the busy and tired life and working conditions,and use fragmentary time to develop our own profession,so as to make the individual invincible to a famous teacher.
