At present,China is in the stage of transformation and development,various social contradictions frequently erupt,the new crisis management system is not mature and perfect.In recent years,with the attention of the state to compulsory education,compulsory education has developed rapidly.However,under the influence of the overall social environment,great changes have taken place in the internal and external environment of the middle school,the campus crisis has occurred from time to time,and there is a trend of gradual extreme development.The crisis has destroyed the stability and order of the campus and brought physical and mental trauma to teachers and students.The government and society pay great attention to the crisis,and put forward more request to the crisis management of the middle school.Based on this,the management of the middle school crisis in China is carried out.It is very necessary to analyze the causes of the crisis and come up with effective solutions.Taking X County as an example,this paper makes a deep analysis and research on the crisis management of middle school campus.The research idea of this paper is still the traditional and effective basic idea of "posing problem-analyzing problem-solving problems".Taking the present middle school as an example,this paper analyzes the current situation of the middle school students' crisis management,and finds out a lot of problems.For example:the crisis consciousness of teachers and students needs to be strengthened urgently;Crisis management is inefficient;crisis education and exercises are mostly formal;knowledge about crisis situations is inadequate..After studying and analyzing the present middle school and referring to a large number of documents,it is found that the causes of the current crisis management problems in the middle school campus can be divided into two aspects:inside and outside the campus : the crisis management system is not perfect.The research and theory of crisis management are insufficient;Outside the campus: there is too much bad atmosphere affecting the campus culture,the social environment is complex and changeable,the government on the campus crisis management of the lack of laws and regulations and high school students' families can not play a good role in restricting and supervising.In view of the appeal problem,we must take corresponding measures to strengthen the management of the campus crisis,in order to effectively strengthen the middle school campus crisis.To manage,we need to start from four aspects:crisis reduction,crisis preparation,crisis response and crisis recovery.Crisis reduction is to strengthen teachers and students' crisis awareness and strengthen the communication of crisis information.Crisis preparation is to strengthen crisis education exercises and strengthen the research on crisis management theory;crisis response lies in perfecting crisis management system and improving crisis management efficiency;crisis recovery lies in paying attention to the guidance and intervention of crisis psychology.To sum up timely,to reflect on the causes of the problems,to overcome the influence of bad social atmosphere,to establish and perfect the laws and regulations on crisis management by the government,to strengthen the family education of middle school students and so on.
