In present era,technology is the key for the world competition,education is the foundation,and human resource is the most important part for competition.Science education in elementary school plays a Foundational and determinative role for forming a human's scientific quality.Our country's elementary school science education starts later compare to aboard,there are many topics worth exploring and researching exist in development and transformation of scientific concepts ?curriculum standards?science teacher?teaching method and many sides;Especially,after ministry of education issued new elementary school science curriculum standards in 2017,the new version elementary school science curriculum standards has been put into place or not?the elementary school science education goals have been achieved or not,science teachers are qualified or not,the level of Emphasis on curriculum development,these are characteristics and routines for researching and exploring elementary school science education curriculum,and also are basic data need to understand to pushing forward the reform of elementary school science curriculum constantly and improving education quality.This study is mainly based on 2017 version elementary school science curriculum standards,it adopts stratified cluster sampling method through interviews and questionnaires from five dimensions including: science courses set up?teaching staff construction?science teaching?science education hardware facilities allocation and student study,and carry out interviews and questionnaires towards science teachers ? charged headmasters ? related leaders in science teaching and research groups?some pupils and some parents of students from fourteen elementary schools of Huangshi.Microsoft Excel is used for managing and statistics analysis towards interview and surveying data,reliability and validity are also tested.The survey results and statistics analysis show that Huangshi elementary school science education has made some useful explorations in science education quality?popularization of science education? Practicality of the course?teaching staff improving?enriching scientific activities,and some shortcomings are still exists,mainly include:Insufficient knowledge of science curriculum,imperfect teaching staff team structure?insufficient education instruments allocation and usage?education methods are not scientific and effective?weak student self-exploration sense.This article presents five advices towards these defects.These survey conclusions and suggestions have certain reference significance and practical value to ensuring class education quality.
