Research On The Current Situation Of Technical Capacity Problems And Countermeasures Of Teachers In Primary And Secondary Schools In Guyuan City

Educational technology as a breakthrough and the commanding elevation of educational reform, it is emphasized and concerned by the researchers and practitioners of the educational circles. The Ministry of Education issued the Technical Capacity of Teacher Education standards (for trial implementation) to improve education level of technical capability for Chinese primary and secondary school teachers, and furthermore to promote the professional development of teachers. It is precisely in this context, this thesis is based on the standard basis, using literature analysis, surveys, interviews, discussion, inductive method and deductive method and other educational research methods explores the educational situation and problem of technical capacity in primary and secondary schools in Guyuan City. Finally, the ways to deal with the situation are propose in this thesis.The full thesis is divided into six parts:The first part is the introduction. A brief description of the background, the research of domestic and international research about the subject, the purpose, significance and methods of the research are also included. The study has a very important significance on the enrichment and development of teacher educational theory in Guyuan City, and it can promote teacher training in primary and secondary schools in Guyuan City .The research can improve the full technical capacity of sustainability, and strengthen Technical Teacher Education theoretical capacity and capabilities of the synchronization of Guyuan City.The second part interprets educational technology competency standards of the teaching staff in primary and secondary schools. It includes the awareness and attitudes, knowledge and ability, application and innovation and social responsibility of educational technology competency standards.The third part of the thesis explores practical significance of primary and secondary teachers with technical capacity. In general, teachers with the educational technology ability is the key to promote the information, is the embodiment of professionalism of teachers, is the inevitable demand in the new curriculum reform .It is the base for further education and the optimizing the teaching process. Furthermore it can improve the quality of teaching.The fourth part of the thesis is the existing problems of teacher education and the technical capacity of Guyuan City. Preliminary research through visits, questionnaires, interviews and discussion methods such as to do a lot of research of the 60 teacher in education schools from random selection for testing technical capacity, summarized the main problems of the city in teacher education technical capacity.The fifth part is countermeasures research. Against the problems identified, seven practical measures are put forward, which includes specifically to emancipate our minds, change our concepts, enhance the awareness and the importance of technical capacity of the education, enhance awareness of educational information and strengthen the education of learning in the technical capacity; strengthen education technology environment and meet the normal demand of teaching, create an atmosphere of educational technology, mobilize teacher's enthusiasm in learning education technical capacity, to strengthen the co-operation of the urban and rural schools, to create conditions for the training of teachers in the township educational technology, perfect training structure, lay the foundation for educational technology for the full capacity of teachers, strengthen technical capacity of students in normal school ,train new teachers for basic education. All we do this is in order to promote primary and secondary school teachers in Guyuan City of educational technology capabilities.The sixth part of the thesis is the conclusion and the summary of the results of this study.
