Research On The Motivation And Promotion Strategies Of College Students To Participate In Voluntary Service Activities

Voluntary behavior has become a very common phenomenon in today’s social development,especially among contemporary college students.The number of college students participating in voluntary service is increasing day by day,and the enthusiasm of college students to participate in voluntary service is only increasing,which has become a representative of good social fashion cultivation.The motivation for college students to participate in volunteer activities is their intention and driving force.There is a direct relationship between college students’ participation in volunteer activities and their participation motivation.Therefore,the research on the motivation of college students to participate in voluntary service activities plays an important role in promoting their active participation in voluntary service activities,and is more conducive to the healthy and sustainable development of college students’ voluntary service activities.This paper USES literature research,questionnaire investigation and interview method,preparation of the college students to participate in volunteer service activities motivation questionnaire "and" the motivation of college students to participate in volunteer service activities interview outline to conduct a comprehensive investigation and interviews,to understand the motivation of college students to participate in volunteer service activities,and the different characteristics of the college students to participate in volunteer service motivation is analyzed,the difference of the determine the motivation of college students to participate in volunteer service activities characteristics and influencing factors,finally puts forward countermeasures and Suggestions of improving the volunteer service to participate in the enthusiasm of university students.
