Studies On Motivation System For YS Vocational College Employment Work Team

With the increasing pressure of employment of college graduates, the employment work for vocational college students is getting more and more important. However, the quality of employment work, at present, for college graduates is not satisfied by the society. As the conductor of employment work in colleges, the employment work team has to improve their work. It is necessary to research the motivation system for the college employment team, creating a series of motivation systems to help the team to discover and solve problems.This paper mainly researches the motivation system for the YS vocational college employment work team. The paper is consist of 5 chapters:Chapter 1, introducing the background and significance of the research, the research status in the country and abroad, and the theories of motivation; Chapter 2, analyzing the requirements by nationwide principles for employment work in the YS vocational college, the situation of the employment work team; Chapter 3, introducing the significance and principles of creating motivation system in YS vocational college, pointing out the insufficiency of the present system; Chapter 4, the design of motivation system for YS vocational college employment work team, base on the assessment of performance, material needs and spiritual needs; Chapter 5, conclusion and possible improve in the future.The achievement of this paper:researching the significance and importance of vocational college employment work, analyzing the situation and problems of YS vocational college employment team, proposing the necessity to create motivation system for employment work team. Designing a series of motivation systems for YS vocational college employment work team and stepping into carrying out, thus, heightens the enthusiasm of the team and improve the qualities of the employment work.
