It is the peak period that pupils develop their nervous system in primary school,and grade five pupils are in the golden stage of the development of sensitive quality.This paper is to add plyometrics to the sensitive practice of grade five physical education classes through teaching experimental research,to observe whether it can have a positive impact on the sensitivity for grade five pupils and put it to practical use.Research purposes: This paper aims to improve the physical quality of pupils in the sensitive period through more scientific and effective training methods,and at the same time to mobilize the enthusiasm of grade five pupils for training,and to provide theoretical and practical basis for expanding the application scope of plyometrics.Research methods: Through literature data method,Delphi method,interview method and mathematical statistics method to study the improvement of sensitive quality for grade five pupils through plyometrics.And under the guidance of experts,this paper selects 40 pupils from two classes in grade five as the experimental objects.The "T" shape test,cross-quadrant jump,Illinois running,20 S traverse,4×10M reentry running,15 S standing push-up and hexagonal reaction ball,a total of seven items are used as the measurement indicators of the sensitive quality of this experiment.The experimental test is used to verify whether it has a positive impact on the students’ sensitive quality.Research result:(1)According to the results of the horizontal comparison data between experiment group and control group before the experiment,we can know that there is no significant differences(p>0.05)in the first-level indicators of ability to direction change,body coordination,conversion movement and respond quickly between these two group whether they are boys or girls.(2)Judging from the longitudinal comparison results before and after the experiment,except for the girls who can’t improve significantly in the cross quadrant jumping item after the plyometrics,the test scores of the pupils in the experimental group are significantly improved in all items(p<0.01).As for the control group pupils,with the intervention of the routine quality exercise content,their test scores of all items are significantly improved,except for the 4x10 M reentry running item,but the improvement of other indicators is not obvious(p>0.05).(3)After the experiment,the results of the experimental group and the control group are compared horizontally,and there is a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(p<0.05),the effect of plyometrics is more remarkable to promote pupils’ sensitive quality.Research conclusion:(1)In the basic part of the general physical education class,it is feasible to replace the content of the sensitive practice with the content of the plyometrics,which is suitable for the physical and mental characteristics of grade five pupils.(2)The "T" shape exam,Illinois running,4x10 M reentry running,cross quadrant jumping,20 S repeated traverse,and 15 S standing push-up and the hexagonal reaction ball are tested by the plyometrics for grade five pupils,which have been improved to a certain extent,and have significant differences between pre-experiment and post-experiment,except when girls jump in the cross quadrant.This conclusion indicates that it has a positive effect on sensitive quality of the grade five pupils,and the improvement of efficiency in the experimental group students is also higher than that of the control group.
