As an extension and supplement of higher vocational college education,social practice plays an extremely important and positive role in the cultivation of talents.The management of social practice not only ensures the development order of social practice,but also improves the efficiency of social practice.At present,the scale of students' participation in social practice in higher vocational colleges is growing,the practice management has been systematized gradually,and some achievements have been made,but the practical ability of students in higher vocational colleges still can not meet the needs of the society.?Although the relevant social practice problems also attracted the attention of scholars with some achievements,most of the research objects of scholars are general,regardless of college students;the main responsibility of the research is mainly based on the school,and the research focuses on the theoretical level of ideological and political education as well as the summary of experience.The countermeasures proposed for school and society are not systematic without maneuverability,and affect the effectiveness of social practice management to a certain extent.This study based on educational management theory,cooperative governance theory and objective management theory focuses on the current situation of social practice management in higher vocational colleges,and analyzes the measures of social practice management in higher vocational colleges by means of literature research,questionnaire survey,interview and so on from the perspective of visual comprehensive government,school and practice unit of management.On the one hand,it provides a document review on theoretical research of social practice management in higher vocational colleges,on the other hand,it offers a new way for promoting the practical ability and comprehensive quality of students in higher vocational colleges,and speeding-up the innovation of educational management mode in higher vocational colleges.Firstly,the connotation and characteristics of the cooperative governance theory and the goal management theory are reviewed,and we find out the innovation and applicability of the social practice management in higher vocational colleges.Secondly,a case analysis of higher vocational college A in Zhejiang is taken through collecting,investigating,interviewing,collating and analyzing the data from the government,the college and enterprises to reveal the problems existing in the management of social practice in higher vocational colleges.At last,solutions to social practice activities in higher Vocational college are discussed with the learning service management in the US and case analysis results: Setting up a collaborative management organization system among government,college and society to provide policy and institutional safeguards;strengthening the management of construction practice base,exploring the new cooperative mechanism of industry and college integration cooperation;enhancing management vitality with new media to publicize college and government on social practice;strengthening humanistic care to stimulate students' enthusiasm;strengthening the information management of social practice and optimizing the dynamic management process;promoting the reform of practical curriculum and human resources and strengthening the management foundation;perfecting the examination mechanism and improving the efficiency of management.
