exploring.In this paper,the emoji package of the middle-aged and the elderly is taken as the research object,and the intergenerational factors between the middle-aged and the elderly and the young generation are used as the focus,and the online field investigation method,the in-depth interview method,the comparative research method and the literature analysis method are used synthetically.Starting with the analysis of the characteristics of emoji packages in the middle-aged and the elderly,this paper interprets the symbolic representation of the emoji in the middle-aged and the elderly,that is,the evolutionary language of network communication,the reconstruction of decoding and coding,and the presence of the meaning of virtual reality.To explore its operation mechanism in cyberspace;Secondly,according to the separation theory of Bourdieu,this paper analyzes the interesting bias of emojis in the middle and old age,and the use of emojis in the middle and old age group and the young generation respectively.Show the legality and non-legality of interest.On the basis of this,the internal and external reasons of the difference between the middle-aged and elderly group and the younger generation are analyzed.Secondly,the difference between the use of emoticons between the middle-aged and the younger generations and the separation between them in the interaction behavior is expounded.The middle-aged and the elderly are simply used as a supplementary tool for text communication,while younger generations are interested in the use of any expression pack as the main network malpractice culture.Whether Rong has positive energy or not;finally,the cultural differences between middle-aged and elderly groups and young generations are analyzed.The author believes that the emoticons in each stage reflect the cultural characteristics and group identity of different stages.In today’s society,subculture engulfs the Internet,middle-aged and elderly this kind of"exclusive" appearance contains the ruminant of culture,both of which are willing to take steps to each other.As a step,middle-aged and elderly groups try to use emoticons because of their personal emotions.Similarly,young generations gradually accept emoji packages in order to communicate with their elders.The emoji package for the middle-aged and the elderly is the product of the collision between the tradition and the epidemic.Through the three aspects of interest,communication and culture,the identity area between the middle-aged and the elderly and the young generation has been finally completed.Nowadays,with the popularity of visual culture,the retro trend of memes for the middle and old age has opened the window of network communication for the middle and old age
