Widespread bias is a psychological phenomenon of teachers, some bias phenomenon would bring a positive impact, while others favor the incorrect would bring harm. This paper mainly research methods adopted by the interview survey to understand the psychological state of primary and secondary school music teacher, analyze what aspects of their existence in a positive or negative bias, these reasons tend to generate inquiry from pedagogy, psychology, vision, and to find solutions negative bias psychological phenomenon strategy. The topics discussed from the perspective of music education, to further test the validity of the concept of educational equity, to verify the importance of the implementation of the right to equality in education, enrich and develop the theory of music education. Meanwhile, the topic psychological perspective to study the use of a music teacher’s mental state, there is a certain sense of music theory for educational psychology.
