With the development of education reform,teacher cooperation has not only become the main way to train primary school teachers,but also an effective way to promote teachers' professional development.At present,a new round of educational reform has put forward new requirements for teacher cooperation.Teacher development is facing the main problems of moving from individual to group,from closed and isolated to open and cooperative.In response to the requirements of the state for teacher cooperation,primary schools have also established cooperative organizations.The realistic demand for teacher cooperation in primary schools has gradually increased.In this study,N primary schools have joined the Sand Area Education Group to promote cooperation and exchanges among teachers and realize the sharing and reorganization of educational resources.For a long time,teachers tend to complete all kinds of work independently.The state of "demarcation teaching" among teachers is becoming more and more obvious.How to improve teachers' sense of cooperation and encourage them to actively break barriers and participate in "cross-border cooperation" is also a common dilemma faced by primary schools.Therefore,the main goal and direction of primary school development is to encourage teachers to cooperate with each other across disciplines,schools and regions.In this paper,we use the literature method to collate and summarize the literature,and summarize the connotation,form and problems of teacher cooperation,so as to provide theoretical guidance for this study.In addition,the study combines social interdependence theory,learning organization theory and system theory to comprehensively elaborate and analyze teacher cooperative research.The questionnaire survey,interview and observation were also used to conduct a field survey of N primary school in Shapingba District,Chongqing.The data were analyzed in terms of cooperation awareness,cooperation content and form,and cooperation scope.On this basis,the reasons for the problems existing in the cooperative study of N primary school teachers are analyzed.Finally,according to the actual situation,drawing lessons from experience and putting forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the cooperative research of primary school teachers,which mainly include: strengthening the sense of cooperation,improving the lack of cooperative behavior;broadening the content of research,adjusting the form of research appropriately and appropriately;expanding the scope of research,developing "cross-border cooperation";reorganizing the hierarchical structure of cooperation,and rationally coordinating the combination.Combining the whole research process with the theory,the interdependence between teachers,the efficient learning organization of schools,the internal and external relations and the hierarchical structure of cooperative research all reflect the essential connotation of cooperative research of teachers.The relevant strategies proposed in this study are helpful to alleviate the problems existing in the cooperative study of primary school teachers,have certain practical value,and can guide teachers to participate in the cooperation.
