Objective:To establish a model for analysis and evaluation of key factors of young males'physical fitness under high altitude hypoxia based on principal component analysis(PCA)of physical fitness key factors.By examining the changes of physical shape, cardiopulmonary function and exercise quality of young men aged 18-30 years who were resident in low altitude areas, who were rushing into high altitude(within 15 days)and who were resident in high altitude areas for more than 1 year. That model provides a scientific basis for individualized physical training in high altitude areas and plays a guiding role in effectively reducing plateau hypoxic training injuriesMethods:A two-factor multi-level analysis of variance design was used to divide the subjects into a low-altitude group,a rapid-elevation high-altitude group(within 15 days),and a group resident in high-altitude areas for more than 1 year.Using power bike, cardiopulmonary telemetry system, dynamic electrocardiograph, sports blood pressure monitor, body composition analyzer, and visual reaction time, weight scale, vertical springboard, sitting body flexion tester, grip force meter, back force meter, etc Morphological indicators such as PBF;cardiopulmonary function indicators such as maximal oxygen uptake(VO2max)and anaerobic threshold(AT);core fitness, endurance, reaction ability and other sports quality indicators.SPSS22.0 software was used to perform principal component analysis on the physical fitness data set;To establish a model for predicting and evaluating the key elements of plateau physical fitness,SAS 9.4 software was used to carry out Logistic regressionResults:?The time for young men in low altitude areas to reach V02max(11.82 ± 1.53)was significantly longer than the time for young men to reach V02max after rushing into high altitude areas(7.62 ± 1.47)(P<0.01),and the time taken by young men residing at high altitude areas to reach the V02max value(8.47 ± 1.87)was significantly longer than the time taken to rapidly advance high altitude subjects(7.62± 1.47)(P<0.05).According to the Chinese People's Liberation Army "plateau soldiers physical fitness evaluation" standard grading evaluation, the results show that the V02max excellence rate of subjects resident in high altitude areas for more than one year decreased by 17.85%.It shows that high altitude hypoxia can reduce the aerobic capacity of the human body, and the physical capacity of the human body will decrease accordingly.?Compared with percentage of body fat(PBF)(13.50 ± 2.73)in the low altitude group, basal metabolic rate(PBF)(17.18 ± 3.49)in young male subjects who were rapidly advancing into the high altitude area was significantly increased(P<0.01),the PBF(19.18±5.56)of subjects resident in high altitude areas for more than one year also increased significantly(P<0.01).After rushing into a high-altitude area, the total body water, protein, and inorganic salts of the subject decreased significantly(P<0.01),and body fat increased significantly(P<0.01);BMR,bone mineral content, and body cell number equally significantly reduced(P<0.05).?The vertical jump score(36.61 ± 4.57)in the low altitude area is not significantly different from the vertical jump score(36.63 ± 4.58)in the subjects who are rushing into the high altitude area.In addition, compared with the vertical jump score(36.61 ± 4.57)in the low altitude subject, the vertical jump score(32.00 ± 4.45)of the resident in the high altitude region was significantly reduced;compared with the vertical jump score(36.63±4.58)of the rushing high altitude group(32.00 ± 4.45)decreased significantly.Core strength and lower limb strength showed a similar trend Compared with the number of deadlifts in the low-altitude group(36.47 ± 7.27),the number of deadlifts in the rapid-elevation high-altitude group(25.72 ± 8.68)decreased significantly(P<0.01).The number of deadlifts in the resident high-altitude group(31.16± 8.51)also Significantly decreased(P<0.05);compared with the number of deadlifts(25.72 ± 8.68)in the rapid advance high altitude group, the number of deadlifts(31.16 ± 8.51)increased significantly(P<0.05)in the resident high altitude group.?SPSS 22.0 software was used to analyze the main components of the key elements of human fitness, and the main factors of the k elements of human fitness were preliminarily selected.SAS 9.4 software was used to Logistic regression to establish the analysis and evaluation model of the key elements of human physical fitness. Conclusion:?Hypoxia is a key factor for the significant reduction of aerobic capacity and cardiopulmonary function in young men.?The body composition of young men changes under hypoxic environment.? Hypoxia is one of the important factors that reduce the athletic quality of young men.?The analysis and evaluation model of the key elements of plateau young male physical fitness are established as follows:P(Y=1)=exp(2.6687+1.4278×Altitude+0.1748×Bust-0.1054×Vertical jump-0.0222×Heart rate-0.1588×Body fat/1+exp(2.6687+1.4278×Altitude+0.1748×Bust-0.1054×Vertical jump-0.0222×Heart rate-0.1588×Body fat...
