BACKGROUND&OBJECTIVE:Nanjing's physical education test will evaluate students' physical fitness in terms of strength,explosiveness,and endurance.Among them,the endurance test program includes three minutes of rope skipping and 1000/800 meters of running.In the face of three-minute rope skipping and 1000/800-meter races,students do not know how to scientifically choose the right project for them.In addition,whether the two projects can effectively reflect the students' heart and lung level still needs experimental research..This article aims to theoretically explore the characteristics,differences and connections of three-minute rope skipping and endurance running,explore the laws of energy consumption of the two projects through test data and the validity of the endurance test for students,and further set up endurance for the purpose of carrying out physical education exams.The rationality of the project provides the basis for providing a useful reference for students with different characteristics to choose the physical education examination project.Methods:Fifty-six students(26 males and 33 females)of junior high school students from Nanjing Zhizhi Experimental Middle School were selected as subjects.During the 3-minute rope skipping and endurance running tests,the GT3X+accelerometer and polar team heart rate bands were worn.Monitoring was performed.Participants exercise heart rate and exercise energy consumption data.The 20M round-trip test indirectly obtains the subject's maximal oxygen uptake.The correlation analysis was used to study the relationship between the two items and the maximum oxygen uptake.The T-test was used to compare the average heart rate and energy consumption of different items.The significance level is 0.05.Research result:1.The boys had a quiet heart rate of 70.8±5.8 beats/min.The average heart rate of the three-minute rope skipping was 172.04±10.16 beats/min and the maximum heart rate was 188.72±9.95/min.The average heart rate of the 1000-meter run was 184.65±12.01 beats/min,and the maximum heart rate was 197.35±9.41 beats/min.The average heart rate and maximum heart rate of the 1000-meter run in the male subjects were higher than the three-minute rope skipping(p<0.01);the girls' quiet heart rate was 71.1±4.2 beats/min,the average heart rate of the three-minute jump rope was 174.70±8.59 beats/min,and the maximum heart rate was 187.97±8.95 beats/min.The average heart rate of the 800-meter run was 185.58±6.37 beats/min,and the maximum heart rate was 195.30±6.87 beats/min.The average heart rate and maximum heart rate of the 800-meter run of the female subjects were higher than the three-minute rope skipping(p<0.01).2.The average energy consumption of a boys' three-minute rope skipping is 12.24±2.62 kcal/min,the average energy consumption of a 1000-meter run is 13.36±1.76 kcal/min,and the average energy consumption of a 1000-meter run is greater than the energy consumption of three-minute rope skipping(p<0.01).The average energy consumption of girls in three-minute rope skipping was 11.57±1.80 kcal/min,the average energy consumption in 800-meter runs was 10.28±2.13 kcal/min,and the average energy consumption of 800-meter runs was more than three minutes of rope skipping energy consumption(p<0.01).3.The correlation coefficient between boys' running performance and V02max was-0.737,which was highly negatively correlated(p<0.01).The correlation coefficient between girls' 1000m running and V02max was-0.755,showing a highly negative correlation(p<0.01).Conclusion and suggestion:(1)The three-minute rope skipping and endurance running are high-intensity exercise test items.The endurance exercise intensity reaches the sub-maximum exercise load,which is higher than the rope skipping exercise intensity level;(2)There was a high negative correlation between endurance running performance and maximal oxygen uptake,which reflected the level of endurance of middle school students;there was no correlation between rope skipping performance and maximal oxygen uptake,which did not effectively reflect the endurance level of students.(3)The consistency of the scores of the test results of the two projects is poor,and the characteristics of the project are very different,which brings certain difficulties to the selection of the students' entrance examination items.When students are choose the middle school entrance examination program,the research result suggests,(1)If the three-minute rope skipping and endurance run can get full marks,consider choosing a three-minute skipping rope with relatively small exercise intensity and energy consumption;(2)if the student's endurance level is better,And skipping technology is weak,it is recommended to choose 800m or 1000m projects,to get a better score.(3)Students with a good three-minute rope skipping technique and poor endurance level may consider skipping rope training and jump skipping during the exam.(4)Students with poor endurance level and skipping skills are more likely to choose skipping skills to practice than endurance running exercises.Of course,when selecting a project,we must also consider the characteristics of students' obesity,flexibility,and other qualities.The two projects have high differences in measurement attributes and measurement content.It is recommended that the relevant administrative departments fully consider the effect of the entrance examination program on the promotion of students' physical fitness when formulating relevant policies,so that students can develop their physical qualities in a balanced manner.When formulating test standards,further determine the fairness of the score.
