Secondary vocational education is an important part of education in China,and the purpose is to make the students love our country,love our Party,keep dreams,follow laws,become qualified socialism citizen with good moral character and behavior habits,become excellently,sincere friendly,socially responsible talents,high-quality workforce and technical skills,qualified builders and reliable successors to the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics,they also should have innovation spirit and practice ability.Education is to train and shape the students,while the ideological and political education is the direction.In vocational schools,ideological and political education set the main channel for the future to ensure the students to keep good moral outlook and get advanced training.The primary requirements of the target should be “setting up to realize China's dream of lofty ideals ","cultivation and practice of socialist core values",let the students to form value standard in the impact of pluralistic,establish clear and specific ideal with the leading of the Chinese dream,and the standard becomes the guidance for students' growth.Keep the principle "combination of solving ideological problems and practical problems".Motivate,recognize,lead and meet the actual needs of students through in-depth and meticulous work,help students with great enthusiasm to solve practical problems,solve ideological problems.In the new era,it has a great and far-reaching significance to improve the vocational students' ideological and political quality,ensure the full realization of the goal of building a moderately prosperous society and promote social harmony.The thesis takes the two secondary vocational schools in Shijiazhuang as the main body of the case study,and uses empirical analysis to comprehensively explore the current situation of ideological and political education in secondary vocational schools,and deeply analyzes a series of problems in the ideological education work of secondary vocational schools,and conducts empirical research.Based on this research,it puts forward some practical and valuable methods on how to strengthen and improve the ideological and political education of secondary vocational schools.The purpose is to effectively train secondary vocational students to establish correct World outlook,Life outlook and Values outlook through these methods,then they can devote themselves to the great program of our socialist construction.In terms of ideas and structure,this paper adopts: analysis status quo—discovering problems—analysis problems—solving problems,and discusses them from four parts.The first part begins with three aspects: the basic characteristics of secondary vocational students,the basic principles of ideological and political education,and the connotation,thenexpand the theoretical overview of the system.The second part,from the three aspects: educators,students and educational resources,we will grasp a series of problems that arise in the process of ideological and political education in secondary vocational schools through investigation,research and empirical analysis.The third part,based on empirical investigation statements of the ideological and political education in vocational schools,the author further analyses the cause of the problems,and gives a general discuss from the teachers,system,teaching and resources integration.The fourth part aims at the problems and causes of problems in the ideological and political education of secondary vocational schools,getting the strategies and paths to solve the problems,then systematically discusses them as the focus of the full-text research.In the process of carrying out ideological and political education in secondary vocational schools,we should adhere to the combination of theory and practice,adhere to the principle of studentoriented,emphasize that ideological and political education should be close to students,life and practice,so as to enhance the effectiveness and objectives of relevant work.It gives a systematic and comprehensive exposition,including playing good role of ideological and political education,strengthening the main building education,full using resources to lead ideological and political education.The thesis makes a systematic review and refines the effective practices and experiences formed in the practice of ideological and political education in secondary vocational schools,highlights the moral education concepts of cultural education,practical education,activity education,management education,life education and so on.It is further proposed that schools should improve the overall quality and teaching level of the ideological and political education team in secondary vocational schools,train a group of high-quality educational talents with strong political beliefs,outstanding ability and professional skills.Ideological and political educators need to take the students' physical and mental characteristics and learning needs as the starting point and foothold.Strengthen students' ideological and political education,through the integration and optimization of various resources.Schools also should enhance students' ideological and political standards through class activities,social practice and career guidance,cultivate classed with strong learning atmospheres,mobilize the subjective initiative of students' learning,and give full play to creativity and innovative thinking.In this process,schools should give full play to the leading role,build a community of ideological and political education together with the society and families,expand educational channels,strengthen ideological and political education in all aspects.Schoolsmust adhere to the correct value orientation in ideological and political education,supplement the scientific methods combining theory and practice,advance with the times,innovate teaching methods,demonstrate the characteristics of the times of ideological and political education in secondary vocational schools through the implementation of practical education,experiential education,and development education,then provide high-quality talents with strong ability,sound personality and high political consciousness for socialist construction.
