On April 13,2018,the Ministry of Education promulgated the Education Informatization 2.0 Action Plan.It becomes more and more important to promote the development of school education mode towards individualization and intellectualization.Revolutionary changes will take place on the mode of education and learning.Under the trend of education informatization,the use of computer technology and network technology on campus is becoming more and more widely.Teachers' information technology application abilities have become an important standard for measuring teachers' ability.The purpose of this study is to evaluate the information technology application ability of mathematics teachers in high school from Hengshui area under the background of Education Informatization 2.0,to find out what defects the teachers have and to make corresponding suggestions for the research results.Mathematics teachers from three high schools of the same level in Hengshui area were selected as the subjects.The information technology application ability of high school mathematics teachers was investigated by questionnaire which was mainly used,interview and classroom record.This study mainly studies the following aspects:(1)Through data analysis,mathematics teachers have different information technology application abilities in terms of gender,school,teaching age,education and computer level;then from technical literacy,design and preparation,organization and management,evaluation and diagnosis,the five dimensions of learning and development analyze the ability of mathematics teachers to apply information technology.(2)Through the classroom recording and interview methods,the paper analyzes the information technology usage of several mathematics teachers in the three high schools in Hengshui District.(3)Based on the survey results,the paper summarizes the current situation of mathematics teachers' information technology application ability and propose effective countermeasures according to the actual situation to improve the mathematics teachers' information technology application ability.Through data analysis,it is found that:(1)The information technology application ability of high school mathematics teachers in Hengshui City is below the middle level.The teaching age and computer level are the main factors which affects the application ability of teachers' information technology;(2)The technical teachers of Hengshui City are technically literate.Organization and management,evaluation and diagnosis,learning and development are all below the medium level,and only the design and preparation capacity dimensions are medium as well.Through classroom recordings and interviews,it can be found that:(1)The mathematics teachers in the application of information technology is limited to the display effects of PPT and geometric artboard,but do not really understand the functions of information technology in design,management,evaluation,etc.Their understanding of information technology is too limited.(2)The informatization teaching is not publicized and carried out on a large scale in local area,and the information technology application ability of teachers has not been improved.Through results,the following suggestions are proposed:(1)Actively study the Education Informatization 2.0 Action Plan Outline,carry out some related lectures,organize mathematics teachers' information technology exchange activities,and improve teachers' understanding of information technology;(2)Refine basic training courses to meet teachers' personalized needs;(3)Carry out interchange activities,promote the development of new and old teachers;(4)Improve the requirements of mathematics informatization teaching;(5)Cooperate with universities to promote the professional development of mathematics teachers;(6)Bring in mathematics teaching resources to realize instant sharing and communication.
