With the release of"education informatization 2.0 action plan"and the strong promotion of various national policies,the process of education informatization has been accelerating,and teachers' information technology application ability has received widespread attention.The information technology application ability of rural teachers plays an important role in the process of educational informatization.Therefore,it is urgent to study the current situation of rural teachers'information technology application ability,which can not only enrich the relevant theories of rural teachers'information technology application ability,but also point out the direction for the improvement of rural teachers' information technology application ability.This study takes the rural primary school mathematics teachers as the research object under the guidance of information technology and primary school mathematics curriculum integration theory,teacher professional development theory and adult learning theory.Taking Fufeng county of Shaanxi province as an example,the current situation for information technology application ability of rural primary school mathematics teachers was investigated using the methods of literature research,questionnaire investigation and interview.Our study found out the existing problems in the current situation of information technology application ability of rural primary school mathematics teachers.The attribution analysis was also carried out for these existing problems.Finally,some reasonable strategies was proposed to improve the information technology application ability of mathematics teachers in rural primary schools.The specific research contents are divided into six parts.The current situation for information technology application ability of rural primary school mathematics teachers were thoroughly investigated from introduction,related concepts and theoretical basis,survey of current situation,survey results analysis,proposing reasonable promotion strategy,and summary and outlook.Chapter one:Introduction.The background,domestic and foreign research current situation,research significance,research contents and methods,and research ideas of the information technology application ability of rural primary school mathematics teachers are expounded respectively.Chapter two:Related concepts and theoretical basis.The related concepts include rural primary school mathematics teacher,information technology,and mathematics teachers' information technology application ability.The theoretical basis includes information technology and primary school mathematics curriculum integration theory,teacher professional development theory,and adult learning theory.Chapter three:Survey of current situation for information technology application ability of rural primary school mathematics teachers.It includes research hypothesis,research object,research methods,questionnaire design,measurement of five-dimensional variables,trial test of questionnaire,reliability and validity analysis of questionnaire after trial test,generation and distribution of formal questionnaire,and design of interview outline.Chapter four:Survey results analysis of current situation for information technology application ability of rural primary school mathematics teachers.It includes the current situation for information technology application ability of rural primary school mathematics teachers,the existing problems in current situation,and the attribution analysis for these existing problems.(1)The current situation for information technology application ability of rural primary school mathematics teachers:The information technology application ability of rural primary school mathematics teachers is up to the standard but not excellent,and the application ability of general information technology is higher than that of subject-specific information technology;The application ability of information technology in the dimension of evaluation and diagnosis is the worst and should be improved;There is no significant difference of information technology application ability among rural primary school mathematics teachers of different genders,professional titles,and highest academic degrees;However,the information technology application ability is remarkably affected by rural primary school mathematics teachers'age,years of teaching,school nature,and teaching age using information technology.(2)The existing problems in the current situation:Some rural primary school mathematics teachers have poor application ability of general information technology;The application ability of specialized information technology for mathematics subject is poor as a whole;The ability of using information technology to evaluate and diagnose mathematics teaching is seriously inadequate.(3)The attribution analysis of these problems:Rural primary school education funds are relatively small;There is no resource sharing platform among schools and among regions;The school does not pay attention to the primary school mathematics teacher's information technology training;The self-development consciousness of rural primary school mathematics teacher is very superficial.Chapter five:Promotion strategies for information technology application ability of rural primary school mathematics teachers.It includes increasing the rural primary school education funds,configuring information technology infrastructure,multi-channel access to high-quality resources for rural primary mathematics,strengthening the construction of information technology management teachers,carrying out information technology ability training for rural primary school mathematics teachers as required,and multi-channel and multi-form motivating and rewarding measures.Chapter six:Summary and outlook.It includes the research summary,research innovation,and research insufficiency and outlook.
